Description
Designed to quickly heat milk in a thin layer and a closed stream and then cool it after a short exposure. The process of cooking milk is automated, which ensures high sanitary and hygienic conditions of production, eliminates the yield of unpasteurized milk and prevents its overheating. Performance - 10000 l/h.
