Description

When restoring parts, process actions are assigned in the following order: - first of all, preparatory operations are performed (cleaning, degreasing, straightening, restoration of base surfaces); - mechanical treatment, which is designed to eliminate defects formed during operation, or to give the correct geometric shape to worn surfaces, including special ones (for example, during electric arc spraying, cutting of "torn" threads, milling of grooves, etc.); - build-up of worn surfaces (welding, etc.). At the same time, first of all, operations are performed in which parts are heated to a high temperature (welding, surfacing, heat treatment). If necessary, the parts are re-edited. Then, operations are performed that do not require heating of parts (chroming, ironing, etc.); - final processing (turning, milling, locksmithing, etc.); - control operations are assigned at the end of the technological process and after performing the most critical operations.

Introduction

For the successful development of automotive engineering, mass training of specialists of various profiles and various educational levels is necessary, capable of organizing, effectively managing production, mastering modern technology and meeting the requirements of society when repairing machines. In order to achieve this goal, the following activities need to be integrated:

- organization of training of qualified workers, technical personnel, as well as engineering and scientific personnel for repair production;

- Development of machine recovery theory and research aimed at improving repair efficiency as a result of scientifically sound choice of methods for prolonging service life and optimizing service life of machines;

- development of new technological methods of machine repair, application of best practices and assistance to repair enterprises in improving their efficiency;

- formation of technical culture in the field of production and repair of machines.
