Description
In archive 2 of A1 drawing format, as well as explanatory note. DESIGN SECTION 5.1. Description and operation of electromechanical bench for mixing and casting of paint materials. The bench is used in mechanized warehouse of paint materials. Stand consists of rigid frame 1, on which electric motor with drive reduction gear 5 is mounted (there is hand drive flywheel 6), and rotary locking mechanism 2 for attachment of barrel 3. To mix paint and varnish materials during their long-term storage, the barrel is installed with the help of an electric motor into the grips of the locking mechanism and is attached with a screw clamp 4. The barrel shall be sealed. The electric motor is switched on and when the barrel rotates, paint materials are mixed. For pouring paints there is a manual drive with a flywheel. To pour into the barrel, instead of a plug, a special nozzle with a casting neck is screwed in.
