1.1 Redevelopment rooms for the store are located on the first floor in 3

a storey residential building of the 1960s.

1.2 The building is made of slag concrete stones with volume weight of 1600kg/mw. External walls with thickness of 640mm, internal walls 400mm

The partitions are wooden, made of three-layer board shields plastered on a drank, lime-alabaster mortar.

Floors above the basement monolithic railway/concrete .

The intermediate floor is wooden with load-bearing beams with a section of 80x200mm (two pieces each) with a pitch of 1000mm, the roll-up shields are laid along the cranial bars and plastered along the drank.

The floors in the bathrooms are ceramic tiles, in the rest of the rooms are plank.

The roof is made of wavy shaped metal sheet along wooden rafters and a grate, with an organized drain.

The attic space is ventilated, cold.

The facade of the building is plastered with lime mortar and painted with colored color.

Foundations - tape, monolithic with a thickness of 700mm.

Spatial rigidity of the building is provided by mutual dressing of external and internal walls

2. Architectural and planning solutions

2.1 Architectural solutions of facades are made in the sketched design and agreed with

the chief architect of the city in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2 Construction and improvement of the site - asphalt is provided on the site

paving of driveways and sidewalks, territory free from development is reserved for

lawns

3. Design solutions.

3.1 Design solutions are developed in P.028.03-AS grade drawings

and includes:

- disassembly of internal partitions;

- arrangement of new partitions;

- laying part of openings;

- execution of new openings in structural walls;

- replacement of external and internal doors and windows;

- reinforcement of overlap and arrangement of new floors;

- decoration of premises ;

- facade decoration;

- installation of blinds on windows.

3.2 The design has been completed in accordance with the requirements of:

4. Heat supply, ventilation, water supply

4.1 Individual, double-tube heating system with lower wiring. Tie-ins into heat supply pipelines are made up to elevator assembly of residential building. A throttle diaphragm installation site is provided on the forward section of the supply pipeline. The diameter of the hole is determined by the heat supply organization. Heat flow metering unit is located in magazine room. Heating devices - sectional radiators made of aluminum alloys. The temperature schedule of the heating system is 9570 ◦S.

4.2 Ventilation of rooms:

Air exchange in the store premises is organized using exhaust ventilation systems. Supply air is supplied through open window windows and door openings. Forced exhaust from the bathroom using a domestic fan installed in the exhaust air duct. From the personnel room - natural exhaust through the ventilation channel.

4.3 Store water supply is made according to individual scheme. The store water supply pipelines are cut into the cold and hot water supply pipelines of the residential building after the inlet gate valves in the basement of the building, before the tie-ins to the risers of the residential building. Cold and hot water flow meters are installed in the store room. Water is intended for household needs of store personnel.

5. Fire Safety Measures

5.1 Category of production by fire hazard in bathrooms "D," others

spaces have category "B2."

5.2 Rooms are equipped with automatic fire alarm units.

5.3 Extinguishing of fire centers is performed by primary fire extinguishing means.

7. Winterization Instructions

7.1 Concrete works at negative air temperatures
