The working project for the overhaul of the roof of the Troitsk Administration building on ul. Klimova, 7 was carried out on the basis of the customer's application. The Troitsk Administration and the technical assignment for the design.

3. Architectural and construction part

The purpose of the overhaul of the roof of the building is to replace the damaged coating and screen, change the configuration of the roof and raise the level of the skate (by 600 mm), as a result of which the slope of the roof increases, the snow load on the roof decreases and the aesthetic appearance of the building as a whole improves.

Major repairs are carried out without replacing the existing rafter legs and maurlat. The raising of the fad is carried out by installation of additional rafter legs, diagonal legs, narozhnik from the coupled bar of 90х180 mm (GOST 848686E *) and also installation of the runs leaning on racks from the coupled bar of 90х180 mm (GOST 848686E *) with a general section of 180х180 mm. In addition to the skate run, additional ones are installed due to which the span of the rafters' legs is reduced. For ensuring rigidity of a design each pair of rafter legs fastens an inhaling from a bar of 90х180 mm (GOST 848686E *).

In axes 1-4 along axis AND; 3-4 along axis E; 1-7 on axis A and between axes 3, 4 on axis B on top of the existing maurlat keeps within additional of the coupled bar of 90х180 mm (GOST 848686 *). Additional maurlat is laid due to the fact that the installation of a rafter leg with the required reconstruction slope does not fall on the existing maurlat.

Elements of rafter system with length over 6000 mm shall be made with connection along the length. Diagonal rafter legs must be made with connection "swing of seams."

The roof of the building, limited by digital axes 4, 5 and alphanumeric V, G, remains without structural changes (the tip and slope of the roof remains the same). The reconstruction of this part of the roof consists in the change of the screen, roofing material and the installation of the dormer window (symmetrically to the axis E). In addition to this dormer window, four more windows are installed for the possibility of maintenance and ventilation of the attic space.

Fixation of the reconstructed part of the rafter system to the existing one is carried out by cuts, linings, gaskets, nails. All elements of the rafter system and grate shall be made of softwood lumber GOST 8486 - 86E * with humidity not more than 15%, followed by treatment with antiseptics and flame retardants until the roof is installed. In the places of contact of wooden elements of the rafters system with brickwork, lay 2 layers of ruberoid RPP - 300A.

To ensure the possibility of installing new rafter legs, the brickwork is partially dismantled in the amount of 10.59 cubic meters. l.

The roof is designed cattle on wooden furring from a board of 32х150 GOST 848686E * with a covering from a metal tile of "Joker" M49 TU 52850014248102599) with an organized drain on a trench of d=125 and a drainpipe of TU 52850014248102599. Roof protection metal KO30.6P on a Series of 1.100.2-5 issues 1.
