1. It is required to calculate the number of maintenance (TO) and repairs (P) of a construction machine to draw up an annual maintenance plan.
2. Develop an annual construction machine maintenance plan.
Initial data (Bulldozer B-10):
- the planned operating time is - 1400 moto-hours.
- the loader worked at the beginning of the planned year after a major overhaul - 3200 moto-hours;
- the frequency of overhaul of the loader is - 4800 hours;
- current repair - 960 hours;
- TO-2 - 240 hours;
- TO -1 - 50h.
