Description
The design of the device ensures reliable fixation of the pump with minimal clamping force. This is achieved by applying three stops located at a certain angle.
The basis of the design of the device is the base 1, which can be fixed on a locksmith workbench or table. Plate 3 is attached to base 1 through four pillars 8. Plate 3 has a cutout for easy installation of the pump housing and the possibility of unscrewing the nut of the pump plug. On the plate 3 there are two stops 10, the position of which can be adjusted in the grooves of the plate 1 and fixed by tightening the retainers 9 and the washer 11.
The pump is pressed by a clamp 6 and a screw 5 that rotates in the housing 4. In this case, the clamp 6 has the ability to radially rotate on the screw 5, and its position is limited by the stopper 7.
The rotation of the screw 5 is carried out by the wheel 1.
