Explanatory Note
1. General part.
This part is made on the basis of the design task and complies with the current codes and regulations.
The object of work is located in part w. Balkanabat.
According to the National Seismic Zoning Map of Turkmenistan (SNT 2.01.0899), the area belongs to the 9 ballroom zone.
Estimated seismicity - 9 points.
Groundwater is not opened to a depth of 4 m from the ground surface.
Soil of the site - dust sand, medium density, low degree of humidity; development category 27a.
2. Method of laying. Select pipe material.
The method of laying water supply and sewerage is underground. When crossing the designed networks with other communications, the distance in the light must be at least 0.2m.
The base for the pipe is the aligned bottom of the trench. The water supply system is designed from polyethylene pipes dy 25110mm as per TS 01577687012006. Minimum water pipe depth 1.1 m to the top of the pipe. Water pits are designed by type. 9020911.84 the project.
Domestic sewage system is designed from polyethylene pipes dy160mm as per TS 01577687012006. Sewage pits are designed by type. 9020922.84 the project. Average sewer depth is 1.3 m to the bottom of the tray.
The wells have made technical solutions for strengthening structures for construction in seismic areas.
Basic technical solutions.
In this project, the water supply and sewerage networks for the window manufacturing workshop are made. The source of drinking water is the existing water supply line Ø100, passing near the house. Water through the designed water supply system enters the bathrooms .
Household sewage from the building through the designed pipeline is supplied to the existing sewage collector Ø250, passing along Nebitchiler Street.
4. Safety technics.
When operating a single-bucket excavator, it is forbidden to be in a radius not exceeding the length of the excavator boom, but not less than 5.0m, as well as between the excavator and the soil dump under the boom and the bucket, at the bottom of the pit.
When working at the bottom of the trench, measures should be taken against the rolling of heavy objects into it.
Perform works on installation and testing of water supply networks according to SNiP 3.05.0485, as well as according to SNiP III480 *.
