Настоящий проект выполнен на основании технических условий № Ю8-13-202-1484 (903184/102/108/108) от 08.02.2013 г, выданных «Московской объединённой электросетевой компанией» на электроснабжение очистных сооружений ГУП МО УЕЗ «Мособлкоммуналстрой» расположенного по адресу: Троицкий административный округ города Москвы, с. Красная Пахра, уч. с кад . №50:27:0000000:374, генерального плана расположения очистных сооружений на земельном участке и задания на разработку проекта. Проектные решения разработаны для II района по климатическим данным. По степени обеспечения надежности электроснабжения электроприемники сетей рабочего и наружного освещения относятся к II категории.

This project was carried out on the basis of technical conditions No. Yu8132021484 (903184/ 102/108/108) dated 08.02.2013, issued by the Moscow United Electric Grid Company for power supply to the treatment facilities of the State Unitary Enterprise UEZ Mosoblkommunalstroy, located at: Trinity Administrative District of Moscow, p. Krasnaya Pakhra, ud. No. 50:27:0000000:374, the master plan of location of treatment facilities on the land plot and tasks for development of the project. Design solutions have been developed for the II district according to climatic data .

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electric receivers of working and outdoor lighting networks belong to category II.

Key Project Indicators

The permitted power is 232.01 kW.

Installed power - 307.28 kW.

Design power - 232.01 kW.

Design current - 390.59 A.

The power factor is 0.90.

Category on reliability of power supply - II.

Input - 3-phase, supply voltage - 380/220 V.

Consumers of electric energy are:

- asynchronous motors of pumps,

- ventilation equipment,

lighting fixtures,

heating equipment.

Power supply diagram

The main power source is the newly built 2BKTP400kVA, 10/0.4 kV beam A, PS110kV No. 727 Lebedevo (fid.17).

Standby power supply source - newly built 2BKTP400kVA, 10/0.4 kV beam B, PS110kV No. 727 Lebedevo (fid.18).

Connection point from the main and reserve source of power supply: from RU - 0.4 kV, 2BKTP400kVA, 10/0.4 kV, (an exit cable with TP PvBbShngLS 4х150, length is 81 meters, PN630/400 safety locks).

Power supply to the KNS is provided according to the newly designed cables (as per item 11 of the specification).

Electric equipment

For electric power reception and metering in the loading room there is a switchboard. At the inlet and on outgoing groups in RP1, RP2 boards, automatic circuit breakers and differential circuit breakers are installed

The height of the installation from the floor level is accepted:

- BRU, SCH panel - 2 m to the top of the panel;

- sockets and switches - up to 1.0 m.

Protective grounding

Protection grounding is used to protect against electric shock in case of damage to insulation of electrical equipment and electrical networks. According to GOST R 50571.295, the grounding system is accepted by TNCS. The total resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 10 ohms .

To protect against electric shock in normal mode, as well as in case of insulation damage, the design provides for the following measures against direct touch and indirect touch:

protective automatic power-off;

use of diphyrinical machines;

use of wiring in double insulation;

- protective grounding and connection of open conducting parts (shield housings, electric receivers, lighting fixtures, etc.);

Erection of RPU is required, to which it is necessary to connect:

- PEN conductor of the supply cable;

PE conductors of group lines;

artificial grounding conductor;

potential equalization system;

Use the PE bus of the BRU board as the main grounding bus.

For the device of the potential equalization system, it is necessary to connect all open and third-party conductive parts available for simultaneous touch:

- metal housings of electric receivers.

- heating and water supply system pipelines.

- steel structures of the building;

- ventilation system air ducts.

It is necessary to ensure the continuity of the protective grounding circuit.

Protection of electrical circuits and equipment

The design provides protection of electrical circuits and electrical equipment from short circuits, overloads.

Protection against short circuits and overloads is provided by automatic circuit breakers, differential circuit breakers installed in the switchboards.

To protect electrical equipment and electrical networks from overvoltage, re-ground the zero wire Rzaz = 10. The conductor PEN shall be separated in the BRU by a copper conductor of 10 mm2. Isolate the zero operating conductor N and bus N from the BRU housing .

Cable line for electrification of LCS CGU from 2BKTP

8.1 Cable lines shall be laid in the ground at a depth of 0.7 m from the planning mark. Cable lines of the 1st and 2nd beams are spaced apart at a distance of 100mm in IPA pipes, signal tape is laid over the cable line. During earthworks it is necessary to ensure the safety of CP communication of electrical CP, pipelines and other underground utilities and structures. Dig the trench manually. After laying cable lines, restore asphalt concrete pavement and perform landscaping.

8.2 Inside the building the cable line is laid in cable boats, cable lines are laid by metal trays fixed on brackets. Cable lines of the 1st and 2nd beams are separated by asbestos cement slab. Cable shall be laid in asbestos cement pipes at points of intersection with other underground communications

Installation of the cable line is carried out by a specialized organization with a license.

Electrical equipment, products and materials accepted for installation should be stored in accordance with the requirements of state standards or technical specifications.

After electrical installation works, the contractor is obliged to perform sealing of holes, furrows, niches and sockets.

Installation of electrical installations, wiring, grounding device

Installation of electrical installations, wiring, grounding shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 50571.1597, SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, SP 311102003, "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers."

Installation of electrical installations, electrical wiring, grounding shall be performed by a contractor with the right to perform electrical installation work for the installation of electrical equipment up to 1 kV inclusive.

When performing works, the requirements of SNiP 120399 "Labor Safety in Construction," POTRM0162001 shall be complied with.

Intermediate acceptance with preparation of concealed works certificates is subject to laying of grounding conductors in the ground, installation of hidden wiring and cables (in pipes).

Environmental protection, landscaping and landscaping

The process of transmission and distribution of electricity at a voltage of 0.4 kV is waste-free and is not accompanied by harmful emissions to the natural environment (both air and water), but the level of noise and vibration that can be created by equipment. Does not exceed the permissible values according to SNiP1277.

The work is carried out by a specialized visiting team. The place of work is protected by a temporary fence with red signal lights. During performance of works it is necessary to perform the main measures for improvement and landscaping:

- after cable laying and delivery of trench with laid cables, as well as as as-built documentation to the customer, "Mosgorgeotrest," backfill with clean sand;

- after backfilling of the trench, the territory is landscaped within the framework of design solutions for the improvement of the designed complex.

Organization of operation

Operation of electrical installations should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current PTE, PTB, PPS and operating instructions for electrical facilities.

Personnel appointed to supervise the work of the electrical plant managers and those directly servicing the power plants shall be:

- check of knowledge of rules, norms and instructions on technical operation, labor protection and fire safety;

- TB and PB training;

- continuous vocational training;

- performance of control emergency and fire-fighting trainings.

Periodic knowledge checks of employees of all categories should be carried out at least once every 3 years.

For operational managers, including operational and repair personnel, the frequency of checking knowledge of labor protection rules and standards should be at least 1 times a year.

The person responsible for electrical works in electrical installations above 1000 V shall have 5 electrical safety group.

The frequency of checking the knowledge of the rules and standards for labor protection of workers of all categories is at least 1 time a year.

The list of guidelines and administrative documents, knowledge of which is subject to mandatory verification, for managers and specialists of all categories is determined by their official duties, and approved by the head of the energy facility, who heads the corresponding examination commission.

In order to monitor the performance of electrical installations, accounting is carried out according to the established forms of equipment performance indicators, based on the readings of instrumentation, with the subsequent analysis of the received information and the development of measures to increase the reliability and efficiency of electrical installations.

All process systems (power transmission and conversion) shall be subject to periodic technical inspection (inspection, documentation check, testing) to assess the state, establish terms and conditions of operation, determine measures to ensure the established life of the power plant. These examinations shall be carried out by persons responsible for safe operation. Their periodicity is established by the technical manager of the power facility, but not cut 1 time in 5 years.

At the same time as the technical examination, the compliance with the instructions of the supervisory authorities and the measures planned based on the results of the investigation of work violations and accidents during its maintenance is checked.

Maintenance and repair of the equipment and structures of the power facility shall be planned, and performed in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions of the power facility, compiled on the basis of the operating instructions of individual equipment, as well as policy documents (SNiP, GOST, etc.).

A list approved by its technical manager, necessary instructions, regulations, process and

operational schemes.

On-duty personnel shall maintain operational documentation periodically checked by administrative and technical personnel.

Protective equipment, accessories and tools used during maintenance shall be subject to timely inspection and testing in accordance with the current labor protection regulations.
