- GSM cellular communication network via GSM modems ("Consumer" is provided with SIM - "Supplier" card);
- over TCP/IP-based Internet over Ethernet/RS232 (RS485).
The communication means shall provide a data rate of at least 9600 bps.
The use of these communication means for purposes other than transmitting data from the consumer gas flow calculator to the supplier is not allowed.
Automation. Gas supply. External gas pipelines
3.1 The design is based on the engineering specification.
3.2 The project provides for the creation of a system of technical accounting of natural gas;
- installation of natural gas technical metering units at natural gas consumers of ZhBZ-1 LLC in the workshops
3.3 The project has been completed in accordance with the regulatory documents:
- AVE. 50.2.0192006. "Procedure for measurement using turbine, rotary and vortex meters";
- SNiP 42012001 "Gas distribution systems";
- "Gas Accounting Rules" dated October 14, 1996. Ministry of Fuel and Energy;
- "Rules for the device of electrical installations" 7 edition Chelyabinsk. 2003.
- SNiP 3.05.0785 (from 1 1990 g) "Automation system."
3.4 The project is developed in accordance with the applicable norms, rules and standards.
3.5 Detailed drawings provide for: - installation of flow sensors on fuel gas injection pipelines in the shop of ZhBZ1 LLC;
- installation of temperature converters on fuel gas injection pipelines in the shops of ZhBZ1 LLC;
- installation of pressure sensor in fuel gas injection pipelines in the shop of ZhBZ1 LLC;
- installation of Mikont186 computer controller in natural gas technical accounting cabinets.
3.6 A total of 26 gas metering units (flow, pressure and temperature sensor) and 5 natural gas metering cabinets with a computer controller installed in them are to be installed. The distribution of technical metering units is shown in the structure diagram .
3.7 Vortex flowmeters DRG.M. used as flow measurement sensors. The grade of a particular flowmeter is selected based on the flow rate in this unit.
3.8 Thermal transducers with unified output signal of TSPU L 22361 are used as temperature sensors;
Metran 55 sensors with unified output signal are used as pressure sensors.
3.9 For recording of flow rate, pressure and temperature data, calculation of flow rate reduced to normal conditions in technical accounting cabinets install Mikont186 controllers.
3.10 GSM modems connected to the Micont186 controller via RS232 are used to collect information. In the office of the chief power engineer, it is planned to install a head modem connected to the engineer's AWS - energy, which will collect information on the technical accounting of gas.
3.11 Install flow, pressure and temperature sensors on the fuel gas pipelines, in the GRPP cabinets.
3.12 In gas consuming shops only for heating or technology, it is assumed to install a metering unit on the high side (gas pressure 0.3 MPa). In the shops consuming gas for heating and technology, it is planned to install two metering units on the low side (gas pressure 0.003 MPa). The installation of two metering units will allow to keep records independently for technological needs and heating.
3.13 Install KiA equipment in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical devices," SNiP 3.05.0785 "Automation systems," RM 141195, GOST 2113075, working documentation and operational documentation for newly installed devices.
3.14 Materials and installation items for installation of routes are taken into account in the specification 2010031A.GSN-SO.
3.15 The following safety measures are provided in the detailed drawings:
Electrical equipment installed in an explosive area has the corresponding explosion protection design;
cables and wires with copper cores are provided for wiring;
- grounding of corresponding elements is provided.
3.16 Detailed drawings are developed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
