Description
The project provides for 4 heating systems: for the living part, staircase and built-in rooms (2 systems). The heating system of the residential part is a vertical single-tube with displaced closing sections with upper coolant wiring under the ceiling of the upper floor. The heating system of the built-in rooms is single-tube horizontal. Heating of the staircase is provided by single-tube vertical risers-highways. Cast-iron radiators MS-140M2, fsecc = 0.160kW with shutoff and control valves on the supply pipeline of the KRPSH type, and shutoff valves on the return pipeline are used as heating devices for the residential part and built-in rooms. Staircase heating devices - MS-140M-500 radiators, fsecc = 0.185kW; elevator hall - bimetallic radiators Rifar Base 200, fsecc = 0.104kW at an altitude of 2.2m from the floor. In the engine room of elevators there is an electric convector NOBO C4F 07 complete with an electronic thermostat. On each heating device in the residential part (except for the staircase and the hall) there is a counter INDIV-5 heat distributor of Danfoss company designed for apartment heat metering in residential buildings. Ball valves on supply main line and balancing valves on return pipelines are installed on heating risers of residential part. On risers of heating system of built-in rooms there installed are ball valves of double adjustment on supply pipelines and shutoff valves of valves on return pipelines. The main pipelines laid under the doors and in the vestibules are isolated by 25 mm thick K-FLEX ST cylinders along the GF-021 primer and varnish.
