Introduction.
In this diploma project, a twelve-story single-section residential building of the tower type was developed, located in a residential microdistrict of the city of Cheboksary.
The facility is located in the social and business construction zone. The area is characterized by good environmental conditions. Near the object is a forest park. The construction site is characterized by calm relief. The location of the house ensures compliance with the required conditions of insolation and illumination of residential premises, as well as compliance with household breaks in accordance with SNiP 2.07.0189 *. The climatic conditions of construction are normal. Access to the designed house is provided by driveways communicating with the main streets .
The building is designed for people to live in. Also on the ground floor there is a control department for servicing the microdistrict. In the basement there is an individual heat station, a pumping room, a control room for parking and a luggage compartment. The upper floor is technical.
Residential building and parking lot are made in monolithic version. Concrete heavy class B25. valves of class AIII and BpI.
The spatial and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of reinforced concrete walls and slab discs in the form of monolithic beam-free slabs with a thickness of 160 mm. The external enclosing structures of the building are three-layer wall panels and polysterolbeton blocks with brick lined for plaster and painting.
The beginning of the construction of the building is March.
The normative duration of construction is 10 months.
The base of the construction industry is located in the city of Cheboksary. The main method of delivering materials is by road .
Water, electricity and other resources are supplied from the nearest communications.
Brief description of the designed building.
The structural scheme of the building is a complete monolithic frame.. The building consists of a parking lot at el. - 5.500 and -5.700 m, as well as retail space, distribution point, atelier and offices on the ground floor.
The following structures are designed:
• foundation - monolithic slab,
• floors and coverings - monolithic,
• columns - monolithic,
• the building is equipped with passenger and freight elevators.
Engineering and geological conditions of the construction site
In the geological structure of the studied site, middle-four-vertical proluvial deluvial deposits (pdQ2) and the underlying bedrock of the Tatar tier of the Perm system (P2t) take part.
Middle-quarter proluvial deluvial deposits are represented by medium and heavy loam, with reddish-tipped, brownish and yellowtail-tipped, desiccated, with carbonate ties, with sooty embossments, iron areas, in the sole with lenses of clay of root, aleurolet, gravel. The thickness of the layer is from 6.5 to 10 m.
The root deposits of the Tatar tier of the Perm system lie everywhere from a depth of 910 m. they are composed of a layered thickness of clays, aleurolites and sands. Groundwater to the depth of 20 m passed was not opened.
The geological section of the site was compiled on the basis of engineering and geological surveys .
• Layer _ I - modern formations are mainly represented by a soil layer. Bulk soil with a capacity of 0.3 m. The composition of the bulk soil is inhomogeneous, composed mainly of sand, less often loam with an admixture of gravel soil. The average content of impurities is 10%. By the degree of compaction from own weight - mixed.
• Layer _ II is represented by loam semi-solid and refractory, proluvial - deluvial. The thickness of the layer is 8.7 m.
• Layer _ III clay is semisolid, with aleurite interlayers.
