General Instructions

1 Detailed drawings are developed in accordance with the applicable codes, rules and standards, based on the task for the development of the detailed design "OBJECT NAME."

2 This set of working drawings provides the system of perimeter security signalling of the GRS site and crane platforms.

3 Perimeter security signalling of the GRS site is performed single-pipe with the use of "Gyurza035PZ" security triboelectric detectors, position control sensors of magnetogerkon PDM1 and "ID12E" infrared passive detectors.

4 The Gyurza03PZ perimeter security detector generates an alarm message about local deformation of the barrier and the sensitive element fixed on it during unauthorized penetration through the barrier without the use of technical means, and by the method of violation of the integrity of the barrier, the sensitive element and its attachment elements. The detector monitors the integrity of the sensor and its connection line. If they are damaged, the detector provides fault notices. Detector consists of sensitive element, signal processing unit, adapter coupling, terminal device. The principle of operation of the detector "Gyurza035PZ" is based on recording by the signal processing unit of electrical signals arising in the sensitive element and its units (places of rigid attachment of the sensitive element to the fence under mechanical action on the fence elements. The sensitive element is a 10x2x0.5 TPEP cable with triboelectric properties. Length of a sensitive element is no more than 500 m. Blocks of processing of signals are installed in a hinged metal ShchRNM1e board. The shield is blocked "for opening" by the magnetic contact detector IO 1024.

5 To monitor condition of wickets and gates "for opening" on the GRS site magnetogerkon position control sensors DPM1 are used, providing reliable operation during installation on metal structures and impact of wind loads on controlled elements.

6 Locking of gates and gates "for penetration" on the GRS site is performed by "ID12E" detectors.

7 Perimeter security signalling of crane platforms is performed using IO10226/B Ajax IO10226 security IR passive detector and IO112E security point magnetic contact explosion detector.

8 IR passive detector "ID12E" is designed to record the appearance of violators in the controlled zone and is used to build lines of protection of various objects. It has a fan shape of the detection zone. The detector "ID12E" is installed on a metal support, at a height of 3 m from the ground level outside the explosive zone.

9 Explosive zones for each crane site shall be determined individually in accordance with PUE.

10 Protection of gates "for opening" on crane platforms is performed by means of detectors of protective point magnetic contact explosion-proof "IO 10226/B" Ajax, which are included in the receiving and control device through the intrinsically safe passive BIB0224 barrier.

11 For collection, processing, transmission of display and registration of notifications on the condition of perimeter security alarm loops of the GRS site and crane platforms No. 1 and No. 2, a "SMD Signal20P" instrument is provided.

12 The C2000M control panel, is intended for management and programming of PPKOP of "Signal20P SMD" and the block alarm-starting

"S2000SP1".

13 Monitoring and control panel "S2000M," PPKOP "Signal 20P SMD" and signal-starting unit "S2000SP1" are installed in the control box of the SWS.

14 Information on condition of perimeter security alarm loops from "SMD Signal 20P" PPKOP is transmitted through ACS controller to LCP IDLE control room and operator's house.

15 Power supply of perimeter security alarm devices is provided with DC 24 V voltage from redundant power supply

RIP-24 (is.01) with built-in batteries. Additional batteries are installed in a separate box.

16 Backup power supply from storage batteries ensures that devices operate in standby mode for at least 24 hours and in alarm mode for at least 3 hours.

17 Connection of announcers of "Gyurza035PZ", IO 10226/V Ajax, "ID12E", IO 1024 and DPM1 sensors to PPKOP of "Signal20P SMD" is carried out by cables of brand TPPEPB, KVVG, KMM, KSPV and PRPPM via junction boxes BarerKR. The boxes are installed on the supports, fencing posts and in the RRS block box.

18 Junction boxes BarerKR are equipped by complete magnetocontact announcers "on opening", included in the POS system.

19 Cables shall be laid:

- in the trench at a depth of 0.7 m from the planned ground level;

- in asbestos cement pipe under roads and at intersection with communications ;

- in the steel pipe when the cable leaves the ground to the supports and fence posts;

- in metal box by supports;

- in the cable channel of the control box.

20 Power supply to RIP24 from AC mains with voltage of 220V, protective grounding is provided for by scope of complete supply of SWS.
