Description
Movable hydraulic grip is used for clamping of machined parts on strict ones,
milling and drilling machines.
It can be mounted on a machine table or base plate. The grab consists of the housing pos. 1,
fastened in the machine slot with a special bolt, pos. 5 and nut, pos. 14. Bolt pos. 5 is threaded
with adjustable bolt, pos. 4, having a spherical head, against which the washer pos. 13,
pos. 7. The grip rests on the puck pos. 10 and spring pos. 11. In the housing cavity
pos. 1, piston pos. 2 transmitting the force of oil supplied under pressure through
conical threaded hole of housing pos. 1.
In the piston pos. 2 adjustable screw pos. 6, transmitting the force to the grip pos. 7,
clamping workpiece. Grab pos. 7 can be rotated around it if necessary
longitudinal axis. To initial position piston pos. 2 is returned by spring, pos. 12, which rests
to the cover, pos. 3.
