Description

The purpose of the course project in the discipline "Operation of construction and road machines" is to master the methodology and obtain skills for independently solving specific tasks related to the organization of maintenance and repair of construction and road machines. Course design helps to consolidate, deepen and generalize the knowledge gained in the study of the discipline. In the course design process, the student must learn to use regulatory documents, standards, as well as technical and other literature. In accordance with the current curriculum and program, the course project is carried out on the topic "Support base of a mobile mechanized column." The course project is drawn up in the form of a calculation and explanatory note and a graphic part. The calculation and explanatory note includes explanations on the implementation of each task item. Its volume is 40 sheets of typewritten text . The graphic part of the project is drawn up on three drawing sheets of the A1 format in accordance with the requirements of the ESKD, as well as relevant state standards.

Process of works execution

In accordance with the initial data (type of work, production conditions), we define the types of mechanization tools, as well as the sequence of actions of the machines to achieve the given result .

To remove the vegetal layer of soil from the entire area with movement at a distance of 2230 m, we will use a self-propelled scraper, since it is more efficient when transporting soil at a distance of more than 800 m and has high maneuverability and is able to develop transport speed up to 60 km/h .

The work of the scraper consists of the operations of digging soil, recruiting it into a ladle, transporting it to the unloading place, directly unloading and idling. At the beginning of digging, the ladle is lowered to the ground and the shutter is opened, then the knife is deepened to the required thickness of the cut layer. Soil with continuous chips enters the ladle. When the ladle is filled, it is lifted to the transport position. Scraper with conveying speed goes to unloading point. Then the ladle is lowered and the soil is sprinkled under the influence of gravity or by the force of the rear wall to the desired place. After unloading, the ladle is lifted to the transport position, and the scraper with the idling speed goes to the soil collection point.

To develop soil with movement at a distance of 70 m, we will choose a bulldozer, since its work is more effective in transporting soil over short distances.

The development is as follows: the dump is buried by the amount of cut soil thickness. Ground with chips is directed up the dump. When the soil reaches the top of the dump, the dump is raised to the ground level and at working speed it is transported to the place slowly lifting the dump (for leveling the site) or without lifting (for transportation). For unloading, it is necessary to raise the dump. The bulldozer is moved to the place of soil intake with raised dump.

For the development of soil for culverts and the transportation of soil for 14 km, a technological system of excavator dump was chosen, which is intended for the development of large volumes.

To perform the work at the site, we chose a single bucket hydraulic excavator with reverse shovel equipment. The process of digging soil with an excavator consists in the fact that the ladle is buried in the soil, then the soil is cut with its set, raising the boom with the handle, it is moved to the car body. The ladle rises and the soil under the influence of gravity falls into the body. The return stroke consists of raising the boom, turning it and lowering it with subsequent deepening of the ladle. The working cycle of the dump truck consists in loading the body, transporting the soil to the unloading site and then unloading by lifting the body. For efficient operation of the "dump truck" system, it is necessary that the total capacity of dump trucks is equal to the productivity of the excavator.

Process calculation of zones, compartments, warehouses

When calculating the areas of production premises, the area of open parking of machines, the total area of ​ ​ the production building and the area of ​ ​ auxiliary premises, it is necessary to calculate the production program of the enterprise, determine the number of posts and the required number of production workers.
