Construction of a mixed goods store

Project Composition

Source Data

1.1 The project "Construction of a mixed goods store in Glubokoe, Lenin St. 90, Glubokovsky district, East Kazakhstan region" was developed on the basis of the design task approved by the customer.

1.2 Land plot for the construction of a store, with an area of ​ ​ 0.00522 hectares, is located in the southern part of the village, along Lenin St. 90. On the western side, the site borders on the side facade of the store building, on the north - at a distance of 13 m a road, on the east - at a distance of 3 m the fence of the territory of an adjacent site, on the south - at a distance of 6 m with the side facade of a residential building. The relief of the site is calm, without a slope. The plot is not swampy. According to surveys of PI "East GIIIZ," groundwater lies at a depth of 610 m.

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and regulations, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

Climatic conditions

The designed store building is located in an area of ​ ​ a sharply continental climate, with long cold winters and hot summers. According to SNiP RK 2.04.012001 "Construction climatology" the construction area is located in I in the climatic area. Climatic natural conditions of the construction site are characterized by the following indicators:

3.general plan

The master plan is developed taking into account fire, sanitary and planning requirements.

The scheme of organizing access roads to the designed object has been decided from the side of Lenin Street along the existing paved entrance.

The pavement of the driveways is asphalt concrete.

A platform for short-term parking of visiting vehicles has been organized. A site for loading and unloading is provided.

The removal of surface water from the territory is decided by driveways to the existing passage.

The building area of ​ ​ the site is 0.0022ha.

Architectural and construction solutions

Structural characteristic of the object:

- foundation - prefabricated, reinforced concrete, for concrete preparation;

- bearing and enclosing structures - ceramic brick, as per ST RK 5302002 M75 on cement sand mortar M50;

- partitions - gypsum board, thickness 100mm and brick, thickness 120mm;

- floor - hollow reinforced concrete slabs, 220 mm thick;

- roof - flat single-pitched, roll, sheathed with metal sheath;

- floors - concrete;

- windows - metal plastic;

- pavement along the perimeter of the building - concrete (concrete Cl.B7.5) with a thickness of 150mm, width of 1m along the ground compacted with gravel up to pd = 1.6t/m3, thickness of 150mm, with a slope in the transverse direction of 0.03..

The fire resistance of the building is II.

Volumetric planning solution

The designed store building is one-story. The dimensions of the building in plan view are 13.04 m x 15.0 m. The floor height is 2.5 m.

The designed store includes the following rooms:

1 - trading room - 68.0 m2;

2 - trading room - 17.0 m2;

3 - warehouse - 10.5 m2;

4 - warehouse - 9.0 m2;

5 - warehouse - 16.0 m2;

6 - inventory storeroom - 8.0 m2;

7 - warehouse - 9.0 m2;

8 - staff room - 18.5 m2

Work Explanations

The following measures shall be provided for operation of store premises:

The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the mark of the clean floor of trading rooms (all marks should be clarified during the work). Additional dimensions are specified during installation of structures.

The main entrance to the store is designed from the side of the street. Lenin. Evacuation exits - on the opposite side of the building.

The entrance doors are 1010x2200 (h) mm in size, the height of the doors in the light on the escape routes is 2100 mm. Opening of doors shall be provided in direction of exit from store premises.

Doors to storage rooms shall be made firefighting (of the 2nd type) with steel panels, with internal air layer, filling of the layer with felt or mineral wool to ensure fire resistance of 0.6 h. Doors to storage rooms shall be equipped with devices for return to closed position and seals in the gates.

The staff room shall have a dining table, a wardrobe and a cleaning cabinet.

Two five-liter powder fire extinguishers shall be provided at the fire station site.

Interior decoration of rooms shall be performed according to "Room Decoration Sheet," AS-5 sheet.

1-shift operation mode. The number of employees per shift is 2 people.

Smoke removal and ventilation is provided through windows and doors.

Given the location of the store in residential buildings, the construction site will be protected for the duration of the work.

Perform daily cleaning of construction debris. To take out construction debris on an organized settlement dump in coordination with KGP "Item heat power. Deep".

Work on the construction of the store to be carried out in the daytime.

The project provides for the use of local construction materials produced in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the adopted Gosstandart and having the corresponding certificate (order No. 90 of April 11, 2000 of the KazstroyCommittee on the implementation of the state program of import substitution in construction).

Antiseismic measures

Antiseismic measures were developed on the basis of SNiP RK 2.03.302006 "Construction in seismic areas."

Masonry the walls on the solution with special additives providing the value of temporary resistance to axial tension along the unbound seams. Reinforcement outlets anchored in antiseismic belts are provided in floor slabs. The seams between the panels shall be carefully ground with M200 grout. Along the top of the brickwork partition, lay horizontal reinforcement nets in a layer of cement sand mortar M50, 30mm thick. Total cross section of longitudinal bars of reinforcement mesh shall be not less than 0.3cm2.

Antiseismic belts made of concrete Kl.B12.5, F 75 reinforced with longitudinal reinforcement shall be made on external brick walls in the level of foundations and slabs. In the conjugation of walls, reinforcement grids are laid in masonry after 700 mm in height.

Corrosion protection

Corrosion protection of structures shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 2.03.1185 "Protection of building structures against corrosion." All types of works shall be performed in accordance with SNiP RK 1.03052001 "Safety in construction."

Technological solutions

The technological part of the store design was developed on the basis of the architectural and planning task.

All rooms are equipped with the necessary set of equipment, furniture and equipment.

Delivery of goods is carried out by road to the places of unloading of goods, where an entrance with asphalt concrete pavement is organized. Goods are received as they are sold. The item is loaded through warehouses.

Trading halls are equipped with corresponding windows, racks, display shelves.

The goods are stored in warehouses equipped with racks. A room is provided for the staff.

Engineering support

Power supply.

The project was developed on the basis of an architectural and construction task. According to the degree of reliability of power supply, magazine current collectors belong to category III. For power distribution there is a board of 3/24 type.

The design provides for the installation of sockets with the 3rd grounding contact for connection of process and additional equipment. Group lighting networks are made by PV3 wire laid hidden in plaster layer in cavities of floor slabs, power equipment is powered by IWG cable laid in pipe.

Illumination is selected in accordance with SNiP RK 2.04052002 "Natural and artificial lighting." The voltage of the lamps is 220V. The design provides for working and emergency lighting.

The supply mains to the board are made by the cable VBG066, laid from the existing support N28 to the designed building on the cable. Entry into the building is through the wall.

Installation works shall be carried out with the involvement of an organization or a private person licensed to carry out this type of work.

Heating and ventilation.

The estimated temperature in the store room for the cold period of the year is allowed to be taken as 16 ° C, the multiplicity of air exchange is 1.

Store heating is provided by installing electric oil radiators with thermal protection devices, as well as with a thermoregulator built-in by the manufacturer.

Ventilation in the store premises is provided naturally through windows and doors.

Water supply and sewerage.

Store sewerage is a waterproof effluent. The water supply of the store is made from a column located on the street. In the personnel room there is a handmaker, dirty water from which, as it accumulates, is taken to the gutter.

Fire protection requirements and measures

External doors shall be opened in the direction of exit from the premises and shall not have internal locks, which cannot be opened without a key.

To ensure the organization of the fire station, with the installation of fire extinguishers - two five-liter powder fire extinguishers (in addition, the number and brand should be agreed with the fire authorities).

Places of communication (electrical wires, cables) passing through partitions should be made with provision of regulated fire resistance limits, by sealing of holes with construction solution for the whole thickness.

Fire safety measures were performed in accordance with SNiP RK 2.02052002 "Fire safety of buildings and structures," SNiP RK 3.02022001 "Public buildings and structures," PPB RK 0897 "Fire safety rules in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The number of evacuation exits meets the requirements of paragraph 4.14 of SNiP RK 2.02052002. The evacuation doors are opened in the direction of exit from the building, para. 4.20 of SNiP RK 2.02052002.

Based on item 6.10 of SNiP RK 2.02052005, a fence is provided on the roof as per GOST 25772. Wooden structures of the attic, rafters and grate should be subjected to fire-retardant treatment. The quality of the fire-retardant treatment shall be such that the weight loss of the fire-retardant wood during the test does not exceed 25%.

In accordance with the requirements of PPB RK 2006, Table 1, Appendix 3, 2 fire extinguishers shall be placed in the building. Manual fire extinguisher, powder capacity 5l with charge-powder ABC (E).

Fire alarm

A fire alarm device shall be provided through a specialized organization licensed to carry out this type of work.

The design provides for the equipment of premises with fire alarm equipment. The device of "VERSPK8" type is provided as a receiving and control device. Power supply of the control and receiving device is provided from two power sources. The main food from a distributive guard of ShchO1. Backup from accumulator supplied with "VERSPK8." As a fire alarm, it is envisaged to install smoke detectors of type IP21240 and heat detectors of type IP 1033A21M, which are connected by a "snake" into a loop. The instrument is located in the room with round-the-clock stay of the personnel on duty, located at a height of 0.81.5 m from the floor level to the operational controls of the specified equipment.

To execute loops of the fire alarm KCBB2x0.5 cable and to lay not closer than 0.5 m from wires and a cable of power and lighting network. Fire warning is performed according to MV RK 2.02112002 Table 2 and Table 1 for category III.

The external warning system is a combined "Beacon 12KP," designed to output light and sound signals. Combined alert of NBO12B01K type is adopted as internal warning system. To execute loops of annunciators KCBB4x0.5 cable.

A free telephone pair in the telephone cable is used to send an alarm to the centralized surveillance console.

Environmental protection

The site for the construction of the store is located within the rural development, where the natural soil cover and terrain are partially disturbed during the construction of buildings, the laying of hard coatings and the planning of the territory. In this regard, during the planning, construction and improvement of the territory, a fertile layer of soil is not removed .

On the territory adjacent to the store building, a lawn with a flower garden is arranged.

The volume of solid waste of hazard class 4 is 200kg x 2 people = 0.4 t/year (SNiP 2.07.0189 *).

Garbage is exported centrally under an agreement with MWC.
