Additional information
1. General Data
1.1 The project "Grounding and power supply system of special military facilities of military camp N78 on Solovyov St., 1" was developed on the basis of:
- regulatory documents;
- On-site surveys;
1.2 Technical requirements for the project regarding the legal regime of access to information circulating in them:
- category II object;
1.3 The project solves:
- internal electrical equipment;
- electric lighting;
- security measures.
1.4 Voltage of designed mains 380/220V, neutral grounded, TNS grounding system.
1.5 Group switchboards with circuit breakers are installed in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons.
1.6 Connection of process equipment is performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, through plug three-pole and single-pole sockets with grounding contact, circuit breakers, complete control boards, magnetic starters.
1.7 Transformer substation (TP) is located within the protection area. There are no external consumers in TC.
2. Lighting
2.1 In the premises of special military facilities of military camp N78, the following lighting systems are provided:
- operating general and combined;
The lighting design took into account the following requirements:
- normalized illumination;
- cylindrical illumination;
- indicators of discomfort ;
- pulsation factor.
2.2 Selection of types of lamps is made taking into account the nature of distribution, economic efficiency and environmental conditions.
2.3 Fixtures for suspension of lamps shall withstand the load applied to them equal to five times the weight of the lamps for 10 minutes, without damage.
3. Arrangement of internal electrical networks
3.1 Distribution networks are carried out by cable KNREK, KVVGENG with copper veins. Wiring in the rooms is carried out in plastic cables - channels from PVC plastic that does not support combustion. The design diagrams of the boards indicate the dimensions of the cable - channels: 60x40 - for main lines; 25x16 - for power supply to the electric consumer (plug socket, switch, light fixture). In the area of coincidence of lines to electric consumers, cables should be laid in one cable - a channel suitable in size.
3.2 The type of cables and the method of their laying are accepted in accordance with Table 5.1 of DBN V. 2.5-2.3-2003
3.3. Group lines to plug sockets and stationary single-phase electric receivers (L, N and PE conductors) must be three-wire, to three-phase consumers - five-wire.
3.4 Overhead sockets shall be installed at a height of not less than 0.4m from the floor level.
3.5 Overhead lighting switches are installed inside the room at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level on the side of the door handle.
3.6 The power supply system in the rooms is made with an armored (shielded) cable, at least three outlets with ground must be located in the rooms.
3.7 Power supply cables of electronic computer equipment (EVT TS) in the area from the main protection equipment (OTZ) to separation systems or network filters are recommended to be laid in rigid shielded structures. It is not allowed to lay power cables isolated from the industrial network in one shielded structure with any other cables that have access beyond the boundaries of the controlled territory (CT).
3.8 It is forbidden to supply power to technical facilities, which have access to the limits of CT, from protected power supply sources without installation of network filters.
4. Grounding
4.1 The EVT TA grounding system must not have an exit beyond the limits of the CT and must be located at a distance of at least 1015 m from them.
4.2 Protection against static electricity shall be performed in accordance with GOST 12.4.124 and DNAOP 0.001.29 and coincide with measures to equalize potentials and protection against high potential drift through underground communications.
4.3 The switchgear shall be grounded.
4.4 The ground conductor shall be made of a copper wire (cable) PV3 with a connection transition resistance of not more than 600 μOhm insulated, a section of not less than 16 mm ², the ground loop resistance shall not exceed 4 Ohm.
4.5 It is not recommended to use natural grounding (metal pipelines, reinforced concrete structures of houses, etc.) for EVT TA grounding system, which have an exit beyond CT boundaries.
4.6 It is recommended to use current-conducting inserts (couplings) with a length of not less than 1 m to eliminate the risk of information leakage through metal pipelines that go outside the CT.
4.7 Provide installation of "circuit ground" bus for each automated workstation and process equipment. The circuit earth bus shall be insulated from protective grounding and steel structures and shall not form a closed loop.
4.8 To perform grounding and all installation works according to PUE and Construction Norms and Regulations 3.05.0685, DBN V 2.5232003 and BP of EVT - 95.
