The thermal mode in which the work site is located is heated.
In accordance with the construction conditions we accept steel C 255
Design resistance of steel to compression, tension and bending, assigned by yield strength Ry and selected according to Annex A [3]:
- design resistance of steel C255 for floor beam Ry = 240 MPa (24 kN/cm2);
- design resistance of steel C255 for auxiliary beam Ry = 240 MPa (24 kN/cm2);
- design resistance of steel C255 for main beam Ry = 240 MPa (24 kN/cm2);
The coefficient of the operating conditions of the structure and their elements αc is determined according to Table 6 [3]. For continuous beams of the working platforms during their calculations for strength and local stability of individual elements, the value αc = 1.
As per Table 63, Annex 3 [3] we find the characteristics of steel:
- modulus of elasticity E = 206000 MPa (20600 kN/cm2);
- Poisson coefficient v = 0.3;
- steel density p = 7850 kg/m3.
The load safety factor [theta] f for the weight of building structures is determined in accordance with section 2 [4]. For metal structures, regardless of their design features, the value of [theta] f = 1.05. Reliability factors for temporary evenly distributed loads are accepted in accordance with the recommendations of section 3 [4]. At full standard value of loads of 2 kPa and more, value αf = 1.2.
