3.1 Space-planning solution of the housing

According to the project, the building of the metal products shop has dimensions in the plan of 48.0x108.0 m. The dimensions of the cell of the building are 12.0x24.0 m. The mixed-storey building. The block of administrative and household premises is two-story, the block of production premises is one-story.

The height of the floor of the administrative-domestic block is 2.7 m, in the production part the height to the bottom of the rafters is 13.2 m.

The building is baseless.

The building in the plan has a rectangular shape.

The administrative and household block is solved in the grid of columns 12x24 m. In the production block, the pitch of the columns of the extreme row is 12 m, the columns of the middle row are 12 m, and the span is 18 m.

Engineering equipment of the building: water supply - drinking water and production; heating - air combined with ventilation; ventilation - plenum with mechanical motive and natural; power supply; communication.

In terms of durability, the building belongs to 2 degrees, since its structural elements are designed for a service life of up to 100 years. The material of the main structural elements is reinforced concrete.

In terms of fire resistance - to 2 degrees, since the main structural elements of the building are made of non-combustible materials .

The responsibility class of the building is 1.

The building is located on a site with a calm terrain.

The metal products workshop is designed for the manufacture of metal products (molds, tooling, shield formwork, various non-standardized equipment, components for objects under construction).

The metal products workshop includes a procurement section, a mechanical compartment, a blacksmith compartment, an assembly section, which includes a assembly section of assemblies and assemblies, and a metal products warehouse.

The preform section is designed to produce blanks necessary for the manufacture of various metal products.

Mechanical compartment is intended for production of parts by method of mechanical treatment.

The tool pantry is designed to store tools and accessories.

Blacksmith compartment is designed to obtain parts by forging and stamping.

Assembly section is intended for production of molds, tooling, panel formwork, various non-standardized equipment and assembly of units and assemblies from blanks and parts obtained on the procurement section, mechanical and blacksmith compartments.

A warehouse for storing purchased products is designed to store purchased products. The metal warehouse is designed for painting, drying and storage of finished metal products delivered from the assembly site .

The building uses two bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons, with a light operating mode.

The annual productivity of the workshop is 1100t. metal products.
