When this miscibility is achieved, cooling of the reactor is included, the temperature of the mixture should be 70 ° C. Cooling takes place in about 20 - 30 minutes. Condensate is collected in collector (7) Third stage - cooling and loading of additives. During cooling, samples are constantly taken for miscibility with water, since during this period there is a process of resin formation. At a mixture temperature of 70 ° C, determine the refraction coefficient and miscibility with water. Upon achievement of 1: 2.5 - 1: 2.3 miscibility and refraction coefficient, the 1,488 continues to cool the resin. Crystalline carbamide is ground in crushing machine (14) and fed into weight gauge (4) by bucket elevator. At a mixture temperature of 50-53 ° C, carbamide is charged. The mass is cooled to 30 ° C, quality control is carried out according to the regulated parameters for the produced resin. The finished resin is supplied by gravity to the ready resin collector (6), for averaging and post-cooling, and then to the ready resin storage tank (9)
