Introduction
The degree of development of mechanical engineering determines the technological progress of this country. The widespread mastery of advanced technology, automation and mechanization of production solves one of the most important social tasks that the population set for itself - to make work more productive.
Currently, our country still has a very large share of manual labor, mechanized labor, especially in auxiliary operations, which significantly increases the time of the operation, thereby not contributing to the enterprise manufacturing a particular product.
This is the first and important point in reducing money and labor costs in the production of new parts for automotive equipment.
These difficulties are successfully overcome in the conditions of serial and large-scale production, where specialized automatic lines, flexible production systems for the production of parts of automotive and other equipment are created. And here an important place, and a special role is played by the fact that the latter should be compensated by modern modernized technological equipment, equipment and tools. Nevertheless, it is necessary to work on the creation of progressive technological processes for the manufacture of parts, since technology everywhere is at the head of the unit.
During the execution of the project it is necessary to learn the basic provisions of the design theory of manufacturing and assembly processes, to determine the optimal structure and content of technological operations. In course design, special attention is paid to the student's independent creativity in order to develop his initiative in solving technical and organizational problems, as well as a detailed and creative analysis of existing technological processes. At the same time, the main task is that when working on the course project, proposals would be made to improve the existing technology, equipment, organization and economics of production, which is significantly ahead of the modern production process for the manufacture of the part for which the task is given. Therefore, in order to accomplish this task, it is necessary to study the progressive directions of the development of technological methods and tools and, based on the analysis and comparison of qualitative and quantitative indicators, give its proposals.
To solve this problem, this project will develop the manufacturing process of a specific part.
Conclusions
1. The developed manufacturing route of the hand brake drive lever allows to obtain a finished part of high quality and with minimum time consumption.
2. The calculation of the cutting modes made it possible to determine their optimal values.
3. A program has been developed for milling part planes using an NC machine.
