Description
In the course design, the design and service purpose of the article - attachment of the leg crossarm of the main chassis 47601.0302.110, and the parts - earrings 47601.0302.141 were analyzed. The product design was tested for processability, a general sequence of its assembly was developed, technical requirements for the product were developed, ways to fulfill these requirements were found; the crossbeam attachment was worked out for processability. The route process of making the earring 47601.0302.141 has been designed. During the development of the technological process for the manufacture of the earring 47601.0302.141, the following tasks were solved: a part blank oriented to the single nature of production was designed; tolerances of interoperative dimensions (process system errors) are defined; minimum machining allowance values are calculated; process accuracy analysis of earring 47601.0302.141; after determination of maximum allowance values, cutting modes are calculated; an accessory for machining the strut is calculated and designed; operational maps for operations have been compiled.

A distinctive feature of the modern stage of the development of mechanical engineering technology is the widespread use of the achievements of fundamental and general engineering sciences to solve theoretical problems and practical problems of mechanical engineering technology.
The improvement of the technological processes for the manufacture of machine parts and assembly continues (especially in the areas of creating low-waste technology, finishing and automation of assembly work). The development of mechanical engineering technology at this stage should make a transition to the mass use of high-efficiency machine systems and technological processes that provide integrated mechanization and automation of production.
Modern most important areas of engineering technology are research on optimization of processing modes and processes, automation of mass production, application of technological methods to improve operational qualities of manufactured products.
The purpose of this work is to develop the process of assembling the leg crossbeam of the main chassis 47601.0302.110 and the machining processes of the earring 47601.0302.141.
Initial information for the development of the course project
Initial information for the implementation of the course project on engineering technology is divided into basic, leadership and reference.
The basic information includes:
- design documentation for attachment of main chassis leg crossarm 47601.03032.110 SS and shackle 47601.0302.141;
- annual program and product release period according to unchanged design documentation.
The guidance information includes:

- GOST 14.30183 Form of organization of typical or group technological processes of articles assembly;
- GOST 3.140786 Requirements for filling and execution of process documents for technological processes and operations specialized in assembly methods;
- GOST 14. 30673 Selection of means of technological control of assembly of articles in machine building.

- descriptions of progressive methods of manufacture;
- catalogs, passports, directories;
- albums of progressive equipment layouts;
- planning of production areas;

Conclusion
The course project was completed in accordance with the task received. During its implementation, an analysis of the design and service purpose of the article - attachment of the leg crossarm of the main chassis 47601.0302.110.00, parts - earrings 47601.0302.141 was carried out.
The earring design was tested for processability, a general sequence of assembly of the crossbeam attachment was developed, and technical requirements for it were developed. The manufacturing process of the earring is designed.
The accuracy of processing processes of earring 47601.0302.141 on the first sheet of the graphic part was analyzed.
The second sheet of the graphic part shows technological sketches of earring processing.
Economic justification of the selected process was carried out.
A machine tool for machining the earring is designed and designed. The fixture assembly drawing is shown on the 3rd sheet of the graphic part of the project.
As a result of the development of the technological process, operational maps were compiled.
