INTRODUCTION

Attention to low-rise construction is increasing, despite the fact that this development is characterized by a small density of housing stock and, in accordance with this, a relatively high cost of improvement per unit area. However, low-rise construction has significant advantages.

First of all, this is a direct connection with the natural environment, the possibility of organizing leisure activities in the open air, the opportunity to have a healthy microclimate in the dwelling.

Low-rise construction includes: construction of cottages, construction of country houses, construction of commercial real estate, landscape design, fences, landscaping of the house, fences, decor elements and interior design.

In our country, the development of this industry makes it possible not only to master large spaces, but also to make suburban housing available for the middle class. Today, low-rise construction has great potential in development in Russia. According to forecasts of the Government of the Russian Federation, the share of low-rise construction in Russia this year should be at least 60%, and by 2020 - at least 70%.

In many ways contributes to the demand for this type of housing and the fact that a person himself can choose material for his home. At the same time, low-rise construction in Barnaul can be carried out at any time of the year.

1. VOLUME - PLANNING SOLUTION

The designed building is a two-story suburban house for permanent residence of one family.

Dimensions in axes:

1-2 - 0.4 m, 2-3 - 3.6 m, 3-4 - 0.19 m, 4-5 - 3.3 m, 5-6 - 4.3 m.

A-B - 1 m, B-B - 2 m, V-G - 3 m, G-D - 4 m.

The height of the first floor is 3 m. The height of the second is 3.700 m.

Climbing the three-stage porch, we enter the tambour. From the vestibule we get on the stairs, we can climb to the second floor, and we can go to the living room, in which there is a large fireplace with a table and chairs. We can also, bypassing the living room, get right into the dining room, turning left along the corridor. If we walk right along the corridor, get into the bathroom (it is separate). If we walk along the corridor past the bathroom to the right, we will go into a small kitchen where there is a gas stove. If you don't want to go to the kitchen, then right in front of it we can turn right and go into the living room. To the left of the hallway is a bathroom. The hallway is followed by a spacious hall. When tired on the first floor, you can climb from the corridor up the stairs to the second, and visit four bedrooms or another bathroom. All living and utility rooms have natural lighting in accordance with SP 231022003.

Vertical communication is carried out using a wooden staircase with running steps, the width of the march is 1000 mm, and the height of the fences is 90 mm in accordance with SP 55.13330.2011 "SNiP 31022001" Residential single-apartment buildings. "

2.STRUCTIVE SOLUTION

The structural system of the building is a wall: longitudinal and transverse walls perform a load-bearing function. Intermediate floor slabs rest on two sides on bearing walls, forming horizontal stiffening discs providing spatial rigidity and stability of building. Vertical rigidity of the building is provided by dressing of external and internal walls.

2.1 Base

The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the interaction of foundations, longitudinal bearing walls and floors, columns.

This project provides a ribbon monolithic reinforced concrete foundation with a laying depth of 2100 mm. The foundation section is a rectangular shape with a thickening at the base in the form of a sole. The base for the pillow block is sandy preparation 50 mm thick.

Protection against capillary soil moisture penetration is achieved by waterproofing device:

Horizontal waterproofing: from 2 layers of ruberoid on bitumen mastic along the surface leveled with cement mortar, located at the level of the foundation cut and additional coating with hot bitumen twice.

2.2 Walls

The walls of the house are made of red brick with a thickness of 640 mm and 2.5 bricks. Openings in external walls are made with quarters on vertical and upper faces of openings for convenient installation of carpentry blocks of windows and doors. The size of the quarter in the brickwork is 65x120 mm.

Internal bearing walls with a thickness of 380 mm (1.5 bricks) are also made of brick. In the walls there is a ventilation hole measuring 270x140 mm.

Wall separating the vestibule from the hall - 250mm. (1 brick)

Partitions are made with thickness of 120 mm. (polkirpich). Door and window openings use bar jumpers measuring 140x120 mm.

2.3 Overlaps

The designed building uses 220 mm thick reinforced concrete multi-pillar slabs: PK 4210, PK 7210 and PK 36.10. The dimensions of the slabs are taken in accordance with GOST 956191 "Reinforced concrete multi-structure slabs for buildings and structures." There is also a slab section in front of the stair, which is made of

monolithic reinforced concrete plate 220 mm thick: MIND 3000х1500.

Slab plates are fixed to external walls by means of anchors having L-shape, which are welded to sling loop of slab with one end, and are laid in wall with the other. Anchoring is performed in increments of about 3 m.

2.4 Roof

The building has a rampart roof. The roof is made of wooden rafters made of pine wood. The main angle of the roof is 30 degrees. Cornice overhangs - part of the roof around the perimeter of the house, protrude beyond the outline of the outer walls by 0.6 m.

. Rafters with a width of 150mm at the upper end are laid on a skate run, at the lower end - on an external wall through a mauerlat, the section of which is 100x150 mm.

2.5 Roofing material

Metal tile of 350х300х25 mm

2.6 Ladder

Wooden rectangular staircase with running steps. The size of the steps is 250x180 mm. Step boards 20 mm thick. Fences 900 mm high. Communication between floors is carried out using a wooden two-march staircase with running steps. The width of the flight of stairs is 1000 mm, the width of the tread is 250 mm, and the height of the riser is 180 mm. The total number of lifts is 17. Railing height is 900mm.

2.8 Partitions

Partitions are made of ceramic brick. Partition thickness 0.5 brick. (120 mm).

3. EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR FINISHES

Interior decoration of the wall - plaster, painting. The walls of the bathroom and bathroom are lined with ceramic tiles.

Flooring in residential premises - parquet boards, 15 mm, bracing layer and thermal insulation. Flooring in the bathroom and bathroom - ceramic tiles.

4. ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT

The designed building is equipped with the following engineering equipment:

Water supply - drinking water from the central network;
