Description of the nature of the terrain and terrain.

DESIGN AND ERP STANDARDS

Functional requirements:

Sanitary and hygienic requirements:

In residential buildings it is not allowed to place bathrooms and toilets directly above living rooms and kitchens, with the exception of two-level apartments in which the bathroom and bathroom (or shower room) are allowed directly above the kitchen.

It is not allowed to enter a room equipped with a toilet directly from the kitchen and living rooms, with the exception of the entrance from the bedroom to the combined bathroom, provided that the apartment has a second room equipped with a toilet, with the entrance from the corridor or hall.

Requirements for life safety and evacuation conditions in case of fire:

Three-story buildings, including blocked buildings, must meet the requirements for building structures of fire resistance degree II. The fire resistance limit of the load-bearing elements should be at least R 45, floors - REI 45, non-bearing external walls - E 15, flooring of attic-free coatings - RE 15, open trusses, beams and runs of attic-free coatings - R 15. Structural fire hazard class of three-storey houses shall not be lower than C2.

CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTION

1. Design schema type.

Arceless with cross-location of structural walls.

The dimensions of the building in axes A-D are 14.8 m, in axes 113 - 32.04 m.

Spans A-B - 6.19 m, B-B - 3.14 m, V-G - 4.57 m, G-D - 0.9 m

Height 1-2 floors 3.0m.

2. Views of building structures.

Band monolithic concrete concrete. Depth of laying from the soil surface is 2.5 m; height above the ground 0.6 m. Sand pillow at elevation 3.400.

The reference elevation 0.000 is the elevation of the clean floor of the 1st floor of the building.

Brickwork of external walls, 510mm thick is made of hollow ceramic brick. Mineral wool piercing mats with thickness of 120 mm are used as thermal insulation. On the outside as a finish - facing brick is used.

Partitions are designed from hollow ceramic bricks, thickness 120 mm.

In the design of a residential building, hollow railway slabs are used

slabs, as per GOST 95612016., 220mm thick. Slabs are laid on external and internal bearing walls along layer of mortar.

The design provides for the support of slabs equal to 120 mm.

The stairs are wooden, two-march. Height of steps is 150mm, width is 300mm.

The roof is covered with metal. As thermal insulation of the slab foam, 200mm thick.

Around the building there is a pavement with asphalt concrete pavement, a width of 1000 m.
