Introduction

The main purpose of architecture has always been to create the life environment necessary for the existence of a person, the nature and comfort of which was determined by the level of development of society, its culture, and the achievements of science and technology. This life environment, called architecture, is embodied in buildings that have internal space, complexes of buildings and structures that organize external space - streets, squares and cities.

In the modern sense, architecture is the art of designing and building buildings, structures and their complexes. It organizes all life processes. In its emotional impact, architecture is one of the most significant and ancient arts. The power of her artistic images constantly affects a person, because his whole life takes place surrounded by architecture. At the same time, the creation of a production architecture requires a significant amount of public labor and time. Therefore, the requirements for architecture, along with functional expediency, convenience and beauty, include requirements for technical expediency and economy. In addition to the rational layout of the premises, corresponding to certain functional processes, the convenience of all buildings is ensured by the correct distribution of stairs, elevators, equipment and engineering devices (sanitary appliances, heating, ventilation). Thus, the shape of the building is largely determined by the functional pattern, but at the same time it is built according to the laws of beauty .

When forming the space-planning structure of the building, it is necessary to take into account the human factor, the need to create the best working conditions for those working in extreme conditions, the operational qualities of the buildings and structures created, their strength and reliability. The use of simple building configurations in plan and section will correspond to the geological and meteorological conditions common to all regions of the North.

As anywhere else in the North, architecture acquires a special meaning as a means of helping a person in his struggle against the natural elements. It should give him self-confidence, strength. An aesthetically deeply meaningful living and production environment, comfortable conditions - this is the optimal level, without which no design solution can and should not be considered.

It is necessary to develop the infrastructure of the city, which includes universal stores. The Liner shopping center is being built in Samara for the convenience of residents of this microdistrict. With the construction of this shopping center, residents no longer need to travel to other parts of the city for essential goods, which leads to a reduction in time.

Engineering equipment

1.5.1 Water supply

Water supply - drinking water from the city network. Head on water - 35 m. Internal wiring is a system of plastic pipes.

1.5.2 Heating

Heating - air, combined with ventilation and water from an external source (boiler plant). Heat carrier - water with parameters of 5070 ° С. Heating devices for water and steam heating are sectional aluminum radiators and smooth convectors.

1.5.3 Sewerage

Sewerage - separate: household and rain in the city network. Waste water is discharged via closed gravity pipes. All toilets in the toilets are equipped with individual flush tanks.

1.5.4 Power supply

Power supply - from the city network with voltage of 380/220V. The entire wire is laid in plastic bags according to safety requirements.

1.5.5 Low current devices

Low-current networks are provided in the designed building. In accordance with the project, telephone and radio networks are supplied. It also provides for the installation of sensors for unauthorized ingress and automatic fire alarm. In connection with the subsequent equipment of the administration rooms with television receivers in the designed building, a television antenna is installed on the roof of the building. Diameter of antenna strut is 75.5 mm. The strut is fixed with bolts of 8 mm diameter.

1.5.6 Ventilation

The type of ventilation in the building is plenum.

Ventilation and air conditioning in the designed building is carried out by installing exhaust ducts supplied from the ventilation chamber room.
