Introduction

Capital construction is one of the most complex and knowledge-intensive branches of the national economy. It includes design, survey and research, construction and installation organizations. It also involves various sectors of the national economy that provide construction with materials, structures, machines, fuel.

Capital construction occupies about a tenth of the country's economy. One of the most important and important stages of the construction of the facility is the development of a competent, modern project that would meet all the requirements of building codes and regulations. This project was developed for the construction of a one-apartment two-story residential building with a 5-room apartment with a garage. The relevance of this project is that the population is currently growing in the country. This project was developed using advanced and modern requirements, calculations. Automation in compliance with the rules and standards of labor protection and safety in construction.

The dense rhythm of life of many of us brings, in addition to the pleasant income from our own activities, an understanding of the need for unloading and rest not only on short vacation days, but also in everyday life filled with caring for children and parents. Summer holiday as such is good and accessible, however, in areas with an unstable climate, where you have to catch every day and long road to the site often apartments with the possibilities of suburban recreation.

Absolutely logical is the decision to combine pleasant with useful, comfort with beautiful scenery, fresh air and walking with children, lack of urban noise with daily communication with nature. Even if on a small plot, you can build your own "little paradise" for the whole family.

The eye-catching of the high-altitude characteristics of the site often brings many builders and then forces customers to incur unjustified costs of excavation, water reduction and improvement. The only correct way out of the situation was to involve specialized organizations in engineering and geological surveys.

Geological surveys are carried out to determine bearing characteristics of soils and composition and level of groundwater. The works include drilling and sampling of soil and water, laboratory tests and preparation of a report with recommendations on the type of foundations and measures for their protection. It should be noted that the conclusions of licensed organizations that have registered and officially received permission to carry out work on a particular site are valid.

Almost all design decisions on foundations are made according to structural calculations.

A separate topic of each project is the so-called heat engineering calculation of enclosing structures, simply put in the projects there are certain structures and thicknesses of external walls, which, in accordance with the current standards, must be rechecked for each climatic belt, especially since part of the projects was developed before the implementation of new standards. This work does not require excessive effort and energy, but is mandatory. In individual design, the architect must solve with a team of engineers all the above issues, except for the design for areas with permafrost and seismic activity, for which it is necessary to involve individual specialists.

This project was developed for the construction of a leisure center with a universal hall with 300 seats.

1.1 Site Plot Plan

The designed building is located on a site located in a sparsely populated part of the city. This section has the shape of a rectangle and dimensions 982x853 m.

The designed building is located in the center of the site, in addition to it there are 11 more residential buildings on the western end of the site.

Near the designed building there is a site of paving stones, flower beds, a site for garbage cans, benches.

To the west of the designed building is an asphalt road with two-way traffic 48 m wide, roads with two-way traffic 12 m wide adjoin it.

Residential buildings are connected to an asphalt road entrance 4 m wide. Near the designed building there is a parking lot for cars, S = 250 m2.

There are a large number of green spaces on the territory of residential development:

• hardwood trees of single planting;

• coniferous trees of single planting;

• shrub of ordinary planting;

• shrub single planting;

• lawn.

Based on the fact that the prevailing winds in the winter of the southeast direction, in the summer - northwest, given the aeration and insolation standards, the designed building has a latitudinal orientation.

The master plan has the following technical and economic indicators:

1. 2 General characteristics of the repaired building

The designed building is a leisure center with a universal hall with 300 seats.

Basic constructions:

• strip foundation from prefabricated railway products;

• brick walls made of silicate brick three-layer with insulation;

• covering above the hall by beams, for the remaining groups of rooms from prefabricated railway plates with round voids;

• roof - flat;

• soft roof combined with insulation

• anti-aircraft lighting lamp.

1.3 Space-planning solution of the building

The designed building is a leisure center with a universal hall with 300 seats.

Technical specifications:

Construction volume (including basement) 2293.2 m3;

Building area 166 m2;

The dimensions of the building in axes 30 x 46.5 m;

Floor height 3.3 m.

1.7 Structural solution

1.7.1 Foundations

The designed building uses a ribbon foundation made of precast reinforced concrete.

The foundation is made of block cushions laid for sandy preparation of 15cm, and wall blocks laid on mortar, 20mm thick.

Foundation slabs (pillow blocks) have a trapezoidal shape, made of reinforced concrete.

Wall foundation blocks have rectangular section, made of concrete, wall blocks have dimensions of 600x2400x600mm

1.7.2 Walls. Partitions.

In the designed building, the walls are stone, made of silicate brick.

Outer wall thickness 600 mm.

The thickness of the inner wall is 250 mm.

The building used partitions made of silicate brick. Thickness of partitions: 120 mm.

The base for the partitions is the floor panels.
