Description
The drawing shows a lining placement unit designed for storing a supply of linings and automatically laying them out on a template.
The lining unit consists of a frame, a hopper, a moving cart on which the operator's platform is located, a lining feeder, a lining table, a slide, and a lining placement device.
Linings are fed from the hopper to the table using a screw jack, which has a slide. The operator servicing the lining unit fills the accumulator with linings. From the accumulator, the linings are automatically fed into the lining placement mechanism and are automatically laid out on templates.
The lining feeder is intended for storing a supply of linings and dispensing them in pairs to the placement mechanism. It consists of a frame, a separator, guides, and a hydraulic cylinder.
The frame has inclined slides, the surfaces of which are made of wear-resistant material. Linings move under their own weight along the slides into the placement mechanism.
The guides, hinged on a bracket, ensure the strictly directed movement of linings along the slides.
The separator is pivotally mounted on the frame and is operated by a hydraulic cylinder. In the lowered position of the separator, all linings in the accumulator rest against rollers.
