Description
In this course design, several machines of close sizes were analyzed. Based on the analysis of machines and initial data for the course design, a horizontal milling machine with the number of speeds Z = 19 and the width of the table B = 200 is designed. Then the main technical characteristics of the designed machine are calculated, a graph of the number of revolutions is compiled, shaft diameters and the main parameters of the gear wheels are calculated, the efficiency of the speed box is determined, the kinematic scheme of the drive of the designed machine is compiled and the speed box is developed. In the appendix to the course design, the first sheet shows machines of close sizes and their graphs of revolutions. The second sheet shows the deployment of the speed box of the designed machine.
