Description

As part of this final qualification work, a comprehensive calculation was made for the construction of a CCGT-CHPP in the city of Lensk in the form of four combined-cycle units with a capacity of 100 MW each. GTE-65 gas turbines and T-26/36-7.5 steam cogeneration turbines were chosen as the main equipment. Natural gas from the Otradninskoye field is used as fuel

The main calculations of the CCGT-CHPP were performed, namely: 

- Thermal calculation of gas turbine units;  

- Thermal and design calculation of a single-circuit waste heat boiler;              

- Enlarged thermal calculation of a steam  turbine;                                             

- Calculation of the mains heater.

 As a result of these calculations, the technical and economic indicators of the designed station were determined.

As an individual task, a section of the heating network from the CCGT-CHPP to the point of connection to the existing heat networks was chosen. A brief calculation was made and the type of laying of the heating network was developed.

An assessment of the economic efficiency of the project was also made, as a result of which the cost of electricity and heat was determined, taking into account the current tariffs. In addition, the payback period of the project was calculated, which was a little more than 3 years, which indicates the possible effectiveness of the project during implementation.
