Additional information

1. scope of application

1.1. A typical routing has been developed, for the operation of procurement of steel supplied in windings, in factory conditions.

1.2. Steel from the warehouse to the workshop is transported by a self-propelled trolley, then it is fed by a bridge crane to the correct-cut machines.

2. organization and technology of the operation

The steel billet operation is performed on the correct-cut machines, the grades of which are given below. In each case, it is necessary, taking into account the nomenclature (rod diameters) and the scope of work, to use certain machines or a combination of them. Machine maintenance is similar.

2.1. composition of work

2.1.1Installation of the reel (bay) on the reel holder.

2.1.1.1. Transport the winding with bridge or cantilever crane.

2.1.1.2. Install the reel on the reel holder.

2.1.1.3. Remove wire twists.

2.1.1.4. Attach the reel on the reel holder.

2.1.1. Filling the end of the winding into the correct drum of the machine, adjusting the dies, if necessary replacing the dies, adjusting the machine to cut the required length.

2.1.1.1. Unwind the end of the winding and stretch by a length of 1.52 m.

2.1.1.2. Straighten the free end of the wire and fill it in the axial hole of the correct drum of the machine.

2.1.1.3. Adjust the position of the dies or replace the dies depending on the diameter and class of steel to be straightened.

2.1.1.4. Adjust the measuring mechanism for the length of the straightened rods. Cut off several bars, check their length.

2.1.2. Edit and cut rebar steel.

2.1.2.1. Turn on the machine.

2.1.2.2. Monitor the editing and cutting of rods of the required length.

2.1.2.3. Turn off the machine.

2.1.2.4. As the receiving device is filled, the rods are laid in the container.

2.1.2.5.

2.2. requirements for materials

2.2.1. Steel for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures shall be supplied in accordance with the requirements of GOST 578182 and GOST 672780.

Steel acceptance procedure is specified in process flow charts (refer to documents 4.07.03024.07.03.11).

2.2.2. The following can be supplied in the coils:

2.2.2.1. Hot rolled steel of classes A-I and AII with a diameter of up to 12 mm and class AIII with a diameter of up to 10 mm inclusive.

The weight of one reel is from 100 to 500 kg.

2.2.2.2. Cold-drawn wire of low-carbon steel round B-I and periodic profile BpI. Wire diameter 3-5 mm.

The wire is supplied in coils weighing 20100 kg. It is allowed to manufacture wire in windings weighing 5001500 kg. Each winding must consist of one piece of wire.

2.3. quality requirements of the performed operation

2.3.1. Rods shall be cleaned of rust, scale and contamination.

2.3.2. Curvature of rods shall not exceed 3 mm per linear meter.

2.3.3. Length tolerance of rods, mm + 3

-5.

2.3.4. End faces of rods must not have burrs and bends.
