General part
1.1. The project is developed on the basis of technical assignment, architectural and planning solutions.
1.2. The project was developed in accordance with the current regulatory documents .
1.3. The project provides for the equipment of office premises with fire and security alarm equipment (OPS), as well as fire warning.
1.4. The selection of OPS equipment, their number and place of installation are determined in accordance with the requirements of existing regulatory documents, taking into account the technical characteristics of detectors, etc.
Brief description of the object
Office premises are located in the part of a 5-storey public building of capital construction at the address: As part of the premises - premises for office, household and auxiliary purposes.
Fire resistance rating of the building - III, structural fire hazard class - C1. Total area of protected premises ~ 1406.3 sq.m.
Protected rooms are separated from the rest of the building by enclosing structures classified as fire barriers with a fire resistance rating of at least 0.75 hour (partitions, walls, floors, doors).
Rooms subject to fire alarm equipment belong to class PIIa according to PUE. The ventilation is natural.
Room with round-the-clock stay of duty personnel (security post) is located on the 2nd floor of room 7H.
It is envisaged to equip office premises with automatic fire and security alarm means with output of alarm and malfunction signals with control of communication channels to the C2000 control and monitoring panel in the room with round-the-clock stay of duty personnel.
Purpose of the system
3.1 AR system is designed for timely detection of fire and automatic activation of fire warning system.
3.2. The OS system shall:
- monitor the condition of security loops in the premises;
- provide transmission of alarm and malfunction signals with control of communication channels to the local round-the-clock security post.
Fire alarm.
All rooms (except sanitary units) with installation of fire detectors IP 2123SU shall be equipped with fire alarm. Use IPR3SU detectors as manual fire detectors. IP2123SU detectors should be installed on the ceilings of protected rooms with compliance with the standards of distances according to NPB 882001 *, manual detectors - on the escape routes of people at a height of 1.5 m from the floor .
To notify people about the fire and control the evacuation, install light "COP25" and sound PKI1 "Oriole" fire alerts.
Security alarm.
Perform the following interlocks of building structures:
• block the external entrances from the central staircase and from the yard to the "opening" with magnetic contact detectors IO1025 (2) and surface detectors "FotonSh";
• to block windows of the central and domestic ladders and a window of some placements on "breaking" "Steklo3" by superficial sound announcers and on "opening" by magnetocontact announcers of IO1022 (5);
• block the volume of 6H12H rooms for "displacement" with SRP600 volume detectors;
• to block all doors coming to ladders on "opening" by magnetocontact announcers of IO1022 (5,6);
• lock door to attic for "opening" with magneto-contact detector
IO102-2.
Receiving equipment
As the equipment for receiving signals about fire detectors actuation, "Signal 20P" instrument shall be installed. "SMD 20P Signal" instrument shall be installed as equipment for receiving signals on actuation of security detectors.
Programming of loops is performed in accordance with "Instruction on installation and programming of PPKOP" Signal 20P "and PPKOP" Signal 20P SMD. "
To provide setting on protection and removal from protection of the alarm system of office rooms by means of the C2000 control panel installed on the round-the-clock post of protection. The C2000 console registers messages from the receiving device, stores the message from the devices in the event buffer, and allows you to view the contents of the buffer. To restrict access to control systems, the device has a password system.
Installation of hardware
Perform fire and alarm loops with multicore cables ASCAB004, power supply lines with NYM 3 x 1.5 cable.
Lay alarm loops and communication lines in protected rooms by walls open, by ceiling in boxes. Lay warning lines in metal tanks.
The equipment and detectors shall be connected in accordance with the technical documentation of the manufacturers.
Power supply and earthing
5.1. Perform power supply of automatic installation of OPS according to the task for connection of receiving and monitoring equipment to the main power supply source from AC mains 220V, 50 Hz with automatic switching to protection from storage batteries, refer to PUE ch. 6.799, p.7-1.57.
5.2. Ground the automatic installation of the OPS in accordance with the requirements for the used equipment according to PUE item 7-1.74.
