1. Dispatch and process control facilities

The organization of dispatch and process control facilities (SDTU) is developed in accordance with the following materials and documents:

- Technical assignment for execution of working design of 35/10 kV substation "Name" with outgoing 10 kV VL to settlements and 0.38 kV distribution network (from June);

- Assignment for development of working design of 35/10 kV substation "Name" with outgoing 10 kV VL to the village of Name, and 0.38 kV distribution network ();

- Changes and comments on the Project "Name." Technical solution for construction of HF communication channels ();

- Letter "On telemechanics of PS 35/10 kV" Name "();

- Guidelines for selection of volumes, design of information collection and transmission systems in power systems (Soyuztekhenergo, M., 1981);

- Guidelines for power supply design of control and process control facilities in power systems (Energetproekt, M., 1984).

2.1. Power supply of telemechanics devices

Communication and power supply circuits of TM devices are protected by DTB485 and P1k32 type surge limiters. Power supply of TM devices from chains of SN is carried out via the device of the choice of the phases MVF3M and the uninterruptible power supply unit SIGN + UPS.

Power supply diagram of telemechanics and communication equipment is given in 8.50210300ST sheet 15.

2.2. Location of telemechanics devices

The design provides for the arrangement of cell controllers in the KRU cells themselves.

The rack placed in the communication room is also ordered to concentrate TM signals and transmit them to a higher level.

The design provides for the installation of two automated workplaces (AWS) in the communication room and the control room of the RES.
