Characteristics of a four-story two-section apartment building

In the course project, it is necessary to design internal cold water supply and sewerage systems of a four-story two-section multi-apartment residential building, as well as connect the cold water supply to the existing external network, and carry out the removal of effluents from the internal sewage network to the existing courtyard network.

A residential building of the apartment type is equipped with water supply, sewerage, centralized cold water supply with a total water consumption rate of the highest water consumption of 250 l/( day· person). The total number of apartments is 24, the total number of residents U = 96 people.

The laying of the main main networks of internal water supply and sewerage in residential buildings is provided for open in the basement. Laying of risers and wiring of internal networks is carried out openly - on the walls of showers, kitchens and sanitary units [1, p. 9.8, p. 17.9].

Each bathroom shall have its own utility system risers installed. It is forbidden to lay common risers of water supply and sewage in the same bathroom for several users (apartments).

Each apartment has the following sanitary devices:

1. Enameled steel bath 1700x750mm with separate mixer and plastic siphon (GOST 2369594).

2. Enameled steel wash 500x600mm with bottle plastic siphon (GOST 2369594).

3. Plate toilet with low flush barrel and oblique extension (GOST 3049396).

4. Semi-circular ceramic washbasin 550x420mm with bottle plastic siphon (GOST 3049396).

The total number of devices is 96pc. The rest of the data is given in the job.

Yard sewage system

4.1. Design of yard sewage network

Releases of K11 and K12 from the basement of the building (through openings in the base 300kh300mm) join network of the domestic sewerage. Holes in the foundation after laying the outlets are sealed with greasy mint clay with crushed stone.

The pipelines of the yard sewage network are laid parallel to the building at a distance of 4 m from the foundation (the minimum permissible distance is 3 m [4]).

Waste water is discharged by gravity in the shortest direction to the control well, and then to the street collector of the external sewage system of the city.

The main elements of the network are pipelines and structures. The yard sewer network is adopted from bell sewer pipes with a diameter of Ø160mm (the pipe is accepted by OD), ring stiffness of SN4 from PVCU for external sewer (GOST R 544752011).

Wells 1,2 are installed at the connection points of two outlets from the building. Well 3 is arranged on the line turn. At the point of connection of the yard sewerage network to the street, well 4 is arranged. Elevations of the ground, tray and diameter of the city sewerage network are given in the design task.
