Fundamental decisions on the organization of the air regime of premises

4.1 Supply systems

The building is equipped with three systems of mechanical plenum ventilation :

• for rooms of the first and second floors;

• for assembly hall;

• for film projection.

The supply systems equipment is located in a separate room (ventilation chamber) located in the basement. The supply system includes: air intake shaft (one for 3 systems); cold receiving chamber (one for 3 systems); heaters, insulated valves and other ventilation equipment.

4.2 Exhaust system

The building is equipped with one mechanical and three natural exhaust systems. Separate mechanical systems are designed for rooms, sanitary units and storerooms of harvesting equipment of the first and second floors, assembly hall. For the pantry and meeting room - natural, for which the height of the ejection should be at least 1 m, from the roof elevation, since the design building has an attic floor.

4.3 Ventilation ducts and ducts

In the building, rectangular air ducts are designed for the gasket, since they are combined with the interior of the interior. In corridors, ducts are routed behind set ceilings. Air ducts are routed taking into account their smallest length.

Design of Mechanical Plenum Ventilation Chamber

The plenum chambers shall be located taking into account the intake of air from the non-contaminated areas, as well as at minimum cost. Height of rooms for ventilation equipment should be provided taking into account the operation of lifting machines in it, but not less than 2.2 m from the elevation of the clean floor to the bottom of the projecting floor structures. The width of the passage between the projecting parts of the equipment, as well as between the equipment and construction structures should be provided taking into account the repair and installation work, but not less than 0.7 m.

In the plenum ventilation chamber we install equipment for air treatment and its supply to the premises. The building is equipped with four plenum systems of mechanical ventilation, then we install 3 fans, 3 heaters, 3 filters in the ventilation chamber. We arrange a pre-chamber, the entrance to which is carried out through a sealed door. Use of soft inserts on fan suction and delivery pipes is required.
