Installation of the porch and punching of the opening - Secondary school

This project for "Secondary School No. 12" Stavropol Territory, Shpakovsky District, Tatarka Village, Z. Kosmodemyanskaya St., 16" was developed on the basis of the design terms of reference approved by the customer, the technical report developed by MNSE LLC in accordance with the requirements of building codes and rules.

The building is an object of rectangular cross-section in plan, three-storey, with a two-storey extension.Overall dimensions are 70.70m×17.21m. The dimensions of the extension are 18.26m×18.50m. The height of the 1st floor is 3.35 m, the height of the 2nd and 3rd floors is 3.28 m

Existing designs:

- Exterior walls - made of ceramic bricks  

- Internal walls are made of ceramic bricks, 380 mm thick

- The foundation is prefabricated. The basement is brick.

- Roofing - pitched, hipped,  on wooden battens, rafters are made of timber 50x150 mm, width ~ 2.5 m; The roof covering is a profiled sheet (extension) with a thickness of 38 mm; Slate (main building) laid on wooden lathing

- partitions - made of ceramic bricks; Plasterboard.

- The coating is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.

- floors - various options are used in the premises (wooden, ceramic tiles, as well as linoleum) depending on the purpose of the premises;

- double-glazed windows with 2-chamber glazing made of individually made PVC profiles;

- doors - exterior - steel, made of PVC profiles of individual manufacture; internal - made of individually made PVC profiles, wooden, steel
