0.4 kV switchgear.

To 2BKTP1000/10/0,4 EU-D as RU of 0.4 kV UVR (B) 10000.4 productions of LLC EZOIS SanktPeterburg with the lead-in BA5543 automatic switch (isp.334710), 2000A, with the MPT1 block is applied.

Structurally, UVR (B) 100010ARS0,41800 is a shield with horizontal busbars. 10kh100mm. Feeders are connected to busbars with vertical position of phases of one connection. Number of feeders 10 pcs.

Each feeder is made in the form of a separate unit - "Chopper-fuse." Each unit is based on an ARS series chopper. ARS choppers are available in versions of mounting on a panel or current carrying bus for currents up to 160, 250, 400 and 630A, have silver-plated contacts. It is allowed to be equipped with fuse inserts of APN type. Installation of fuses PPN39 (fuse current, A: 630, 550, 500, 450, 400, 315, 250, 200, 160, 100). Load switch of type I.SE.RE with rated current 1800A is installed on the inlet section of 0.4kV switchgear.

5.5. Electric lighting.

Electric lighting of the new transformer substation 2BKTP is carried out from auxiliary boxes (CPS) from which internal lighting of the units RU10/0.4 kV and transformer compartments (~ 220V) is supplied. With the help of manual switches installed in NPS, power supplies from NPS 1 or from NPS 2 are selected. NPS can connect external consumers with rated current up to 63A connected to laboratory terminals.

All lighting is carried out by incandescent lamps.

5.6.Protective alarm.

Equipment required to provide the transformer substation security alarm:

• security alarm board;

• revun;

• SQH limit switches 1-4.

The equipment is installed in 2BKTP1000/10/0.4 EU-D at the manufacturer's factory, is ready for operation and is in full factory readiness.

6. Reactive power compensation.

According to SP311102003g, reactive power compensation at the new transformer substation is not provided.

7. Accounting of electricity.

The accounting of electricity is provided on the introductory boards of consumers.

8. Protective grounding and connection 2BKTP1000/10/0.4 EU-D.

The design provides for protective grounding (suspension) of the new transformer substation according to PUE (seventh edition, SPb2002).

All metal non-current-carrying parts of electrical equipment and electrical network are subject to grounding by creating a metal connection with the zero bus of the input device. The zero bus is connected to the ground neutral on the side of the 0.4kV TMG transformer. Erection works shall be performed in accordance with the current requirements of PUE, SNIP 03.05.0685 and Intersectoral Rules for Labor Protection (Safety Rules) during operation of electrical installations.

The neutral of the power transformer must be grounded, for which purpose from the zero output of the transformer to the inner circuit of the protective grounding is laid in place by strip steel with a section of 4x40mm. Transformer housing is connected to internal circuit of protective grounding by strip steel of 4x40 mm section.

The new transformer substation shall have basic and additional protective equipment in accordance with the Intersectoral Safety Regulations.

The internal protective grounding circuit of the new transformer substation is installed at the manufacturer's factory and is connected in four places to the external protective grounding circuit by strip steel with a section of 4x40mm.

The external circuit of protective grounding is performed: vertical grounding electrodes (electrodes) made of angular steel with a size of 75x75x5mm, a length of 2.5 m, in the amount of 17 pcs;

horizontal grounding conductors (conductors) made of steel strip of 6x40 mm, 34 m long. The distance between the electrodes is 2.0 m. Connections in the grounding circuit are made by welding.

0.4kV cable shells are connected to network "N" by copper wire MG- 1x25mm2.

Calculation of the external grounding circuit device is presented in the design.

9. Lightning protection.

Special measures for protection of 2BKTP are not required, since the metal reinforcement of the framework of volumetric and cable blocks has a rigid metal connection with the internal circuit of protective grounding, which corresponds to SO15334.21.1222003 "Instruction on lightning protection of buildings, structures and industrial communications."

10. Ecology and environmental protection.

10.1. The transformer substation is a closed power plant and has no harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

10.2. Sealed oil transformers are installed in TP.

In case of an emergency oil spill, reinforced concrete oil receivers for the full volume of oil are provided under the transformer chambers. Oil receivers do not have contact with TP enclosing structures. Oil is pumped from oil collectors to the transportation tank.

10.3. Repeated measurements of sound levels for TC during installation of two TMG transformers 1000 kVA:

The sound level in the TP room at a distance of 1 m from the transformer is not more than 58 dBA during the operation of transformers in the operating mode, the calculated sound power levels of transformers at a distance of 0.3 m below 65 dBA at the permissible sound power level in the idle mode 73 dBA according to GOST 12.2.024.87 "Noise. Power oil transformers. "

The maximum size of the design sanitary protection zone for TP does not exceed 6.5 m.

10.4. In accordance with the Sanitary Norms and Rules for the Protection of the Population from the Influence of the Electric Field Created by the AC Power Supply of the Industrial Frequency, Protection of the Population from the Electric Field with a Voltage of 610 kV is not required.

Operation.

TP equipment (power transformers, 10 kV and 0.4kV switchgears, 10 kV cable lines) will be on the balance sheet and in operation of the Network Enterprise.
