1. General part

1.1 This work execution project has been developed for the installation of internal pipelines and equipment of ventilation and refrigeration systems of the facility: "administrative building with underground parking" at the address: Moscow, Ul.2 Yamskaya, vl. 4.

1.2 Basic standards and guidelines used in the development of:

- SNiP 12032001 "Occupational safety in construction," Part 1.

- SNiP 12042002 "Occupational safety in construction," part 2.

- Methodological recommendations on the procedure for development of work execution projects for lifting machines and process charts for loading and unloading operations. RD11062007.

1.3 According to SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems," by the time the installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems is started, the following civil works shall be performed:

- arrangement of floors, walls and partitions in places of air ducts laying and ventilation equipment installation;

- arrangement of foundations and other supporting structures for ventilation equipment;

- installation of embedded parts and support structures provided by the design for connection to them of parts for attachment of air ducts, sealed doors, unified air dampers and other parts of ventilation systems;

- installation of mounting openings and remote platforms for supply of large-sized parts and ventilation equipment to the installation site;

- punching of holes for the passage of air ducts through interstage floors, roof, walls and partitions in cases when the holes were not left during the construction of buildings;

- plastering of ceilings, walls and partitions in places of air ducts laying, installation of grids and other air distribution devices;

- arrangement of ventilation channels in construction design (with plaster and internal surfaces cutting);

- application of clean floor marks on columns, partitions and walls;

- glazing (at least in one thread) of windows and lights and installation of external doors and gates;

- arrangement of electric lighting in places of ventilation works and power boards for connection of electric welding units and electrified tool;

- safety measures were performed (openings, canopies, etc.).

The specified works shall be performed on separate grips or on the whole facility. Their readiness is drawn up by a bilateral act.

1.4 By order of the enterprise to appoint:

- the person responsible for the safe execution of works.

1.5 The design provides for the following work execution sequence:

- installation of internal air ducts and equipment of ventilation systems;

- installation of internal pipelines and equipment of cold supply system;

- commissioning works.

All work is carried out inside the building. To reduce the installation time, the building is divided into 8 grabs in plan.

1.6 Air ducts of the plenum ventilation system shall be made of galvanized steel as per GOST 1990490 "Cold rolled sheet. Grade, "SNiP 41012003 thickness" Heating, ventilation and air conditioning. "

Air ducts of smoke protection systems shall be used of class P and made of thin-sheet roofing steel 1.4 mm thick as per GOST 1990490. To increase the fire resistance limit, the air ducts should be covered with a fire-retardant coating. The project of fire protection of air ducts is carried out by a specialized organization. Places of passage of transit air ducts through the walls of the partition and slab of the building (in mines) should be sealed with non-combustible materials, providing a normalized fire resistance limit of the crossed fence. When installing air ducts in the straight section of each branch, flange connections shall be provided. During adjustment of ventilation systems on branches install adjustment sheets.

The cold supply source is a refrigeration machine for the warm period and a dry cooler for the cold period of the year. 40% ethylene glycol solution with parameters of 510 ° C is used as coolant for the circuit. Water with parameters of 712 ° C is used as cooling medium for the heat exchanger-cold supply system of the building circuit. Cold supply system pipelines D15D50 shall be manufactured from water and gas pipes as per GOST 326275 "Steel water and gas pipes. Specifications. " Pipelines with a diameter of more than 50 mm shall be made of electric welded pipes as per GOST 1070491 "Steel electric welded straight-joint pipes. Sortament. " Drain pipelines shall be made of galvanized water and gas pipes as per GOST 326275. All pipelines of heat, cold supply systems and drain pipelines shall be insulated. Insulation of heat supply pipelines shall be performed by "ARMAFLEX AS" articles 13 mm thick. Perform insulation of cold supply pipelines with "ARMAFLEX AS" articles 19 mm thick. Insulation of drain pipelines shall be performed by "ARMAFLEX AS" articles with 9 mm thickness. Pipelines to the refrigerating machine are insulated by mineral wool piercing mats without 40 mm thick linings of 1M100 grade GOST 2188094 "Mineral wool piercing mats. Specifications. " Sheet steel 0.8 mm thick shall be used as cover layer. Preliminary cover the surface of pipelines to be insulated with bitumen varnish GOST 563179 "Varnish BT577 and paint BT177. Specifications.
