This section of the project documentation "Construction Organization Project" (hereinafter referred to as PIC) solves the issues of construction and reconstruction of the assembly plant

1 Characteristics of construction area and construction conditions

Buildings under construction and reconstruction are located on the territory of the industrial zone, "which is located 3 km from the northern western outskirts of the city...... areas. Land for construction and reconstructed buildings are located in close proximity to existing engineering networks, driveways and roads. The industrial site has a developed structure of auxiliary services (medical services, catering, fire protection, etc.).

The designed building 800 between axes 1 - 28 between rows A - C consists of three parts:

production, located inside a closed volume with dimensions of 165.1 × 44.6 × 12.0 m, made of monolithic reinforced concrete longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls, providing protection from external influences in accordance with p. 5.5.2 PVB87/97, connected by slabs and coatings.

The foundations of the building are ribbon, monolithic, reinforced concrete. The building is equipped with bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 1 t, 5 t and 10 t;

auxiliary rooms located in two-story extensions with brick external and internal walls. Foundations - tape, monolithic, reinforced concrete. Roof - floating roll coating of layer 2 "KTflex";

two localizing cabins designed for assembly and disassembly of nuclear power plants in the form of domed structures performed in monolithic reinforced concrete. The cabin is a reinforced concrete cylindrical structure with an internal radius in plan R = 5 m, 10 m high. Wall thickness - 1.8 m. The thickness of the base slab is 1.8 m. All elements of the structure are made of heavy concrete of class B30, reinforcement of class BpI. The foundation of the cockpit is its bottom with a depth of 2400 mm (plate thickness 1800 mm plus protective layer 600 mm above the containment).

The predominant basis for the foundations of the 800 building is limestone. The depth of the foundations located on limestones, taking into account the weathering surface, is accepted as 1.5 m. Sections of ribbons falling on loams or clays rely on clogged piles-posts with a section of 350 × 350 mm with a bearing capacity of 150 t.

The designed building 827 (tooling warehouse) is made of steel structures.

The frame of the building, crane suspension tracks consist of steel rolling profiles. The foundations of the building are monolithic columnar type, for the base and walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation beams.

The roof and external walls are made of Sandwich panels of Petropanel CJSC with a thickness of 200 mm. Partitions in the building are brick and frame-lined.

Construction 838 - shelter for 300 sheltered workers. The shelter was designed according to the standard design of TP AII, III, IV300380.87 and is a buried, monolithic, reinforced concrete structure.

Near the 838 structure, it is planned to build two separate buried monolithic reinforced concrete cylindrical drinking water tanks with a capacity of 100 m3 each.

Auxiliary buildings 830, 831, 832, 833, 834 are complete supply buildings with foundations in the form of solid reinforced concrete slabs.

Reconstruction of building 209B provides for:

construction of an extension between axes 6-10 along row L;

construction of a brick superstructure of the 2nd floor between axes 15 - 17 on row Zh;

installation of staircases between axes 1 - 2 between rows of IR;

partial redevelopment of premises between axes 1-3 between rows of HP, closing of door and window openings on the first and second floors between axes 6-8 on row I and between axes 18-20 on row B;

Installation of 3 dissipation pipes :

1) between axes 19 - 20, between rows D - E;

2) between axes 19 - 20, between rows A - B;

3) between axes 6 - 8, between rows A - B.

The foundations of the annex are tape, made of precast reinforced concrete. External and internal walls are brick. Coating between axes 6-8 and between axes 9-10 - three-layer plates using steel I-beams, between axes 8-9 - prefabricated monolithic plates. Roof - floating in 2 layers of "KTflex."

2 Transport infrastructure of the construction area and measures to attract labor and non-urban qualified specialists

The city... is located in the middle part of the territory... regions at a distance of 220 km north of the city......

The features of the transport infrastructure of the district are the proximity to the Yekaterinburg-Serov-Boxita railway and the close location with Nizhny Tagil. The nearest railway station - Nizhnyaya Tura is 2 km from the city. The distance from Lesnoy to Yekaterinburg is 254 km, to Nizhny Tagil - 80 km.

The peculiarities of the development of industry in the city of Lesnoy are the high specific gravity of construction production and the territorial concentration of industry.

Thus, the buildings under construction and reconstruction are located on the developed territory of the enterprise in an area with a well-developed transport infrastructure and an organized construction complex, in close proximity to existing engineering communications. This creates normal conditions for construction and installation work.

According to the comment..... it is necessary to exclude the movement of vehicles with construction cargoes and vehicles with special cargoes along one road network, providing access roads .

In this regard, delivery of construction goods and equipment to the construction site in the territory... organized through a third site. To do this, it is necessary to organize access roads along existing paved roads (length 433 m width 7 m) and new roads (length 554 m and width 7 m). The traffic pattern is indicated on the situation plan.

Access roads are a road made of prefabricated reinforced concrete road slabs of grade 2P30.2030 on a sand base. The turnover of road plates is 3 times.

The cost of repair and maintenance during the entire construction period of roads passing through the territory must be taken into account in the estimated documentation.... The length and width of the roads being repaired is 543 m and 7 m, respectively.

Goods delivered to the construction site (prefabricated reinforced concrete, inert materials, formwork, reinforcement, steel structures, etc.) are stored on open sites in the area of ​ ​ the installation cranes and under canopies. The equipment is delivered to the Customer's warehouses and is delivered to the construction site immediately before installation. Construction debris and household waste from construction activities accumulate in containers and, as they fill, are exported to the landfill of solid household waste

Kachkanar. The distance of transportation is 40 km. The dump for temporary storage of soil is located at a distance of 6.2 km from the construction site of building 800.

To perform construction and construction works by the contracting organization, in addition to the number of employees available in it, it is possible to attract workers from among residents

Lesnoy and other nearest villages and settlements. Qualified specialists can be involved in the installation and commissioning of non-standardized technological equipment from ROSATOM enterprises. The number of specialists involved will be determined in the project of work.

3 Characteristics of the land plot and peculiarities of works in the conditions of the existing enterprise

The terrain adjacent to the construction site is uneven, in places it is filled with man-made soil, dug, trapped, covered with coniferous and deciduous trees and has a significant slope to the south, south-west. About the center of the construction site for building 800 is a ditch 0.81.2 m wide, 1.52.8 m deep.

Elevations of the site for construction range from 202.730 m to 208.150 m.

Groundwater lies at depths of 5.0-12.0 m.

The depth of seasonal freezing of soils is:

for large-breaking soils - 2.54 m;

for clay soils - 1.72 m.

The territory of Lesnoy city belongs to the zone with seismic impact intensity equal to 6 points (according to the map OSR97V SNiP II781 *), which corresponds to the design earthquake. The maximum estimated earthquake is 7 points.

According to Table 4 * SNiP 2.01.0785 * the construction area belongs to the IVM snowy area, and to the IIm by wind loads.

According to engineering and geological data, the following soils lie on the construction site (with their corresponding capacities in meters from top to bottom):

man-made crushed stone 0.21.0 m;

podzolic soil 0.10.2 m;

deluvial clay 0.31.2 m;

alluvial clay 1.07.2 m;

alluvial loam 2.98.5 m;

pebble alluvial soil 0.36.2 m;

karst clay 0.30.5 m;

crushed eluvial 0.73.1 m;

limestone 2.29.8 m.

Groups of soils on difficulties of development by single-bucket excavator according to Table 1-1 of GESN collection 1/20 are as follows:

man-made crushed stone 2;

Limestone (in dense body) by manual development difficulty according to

Table 1-1 GESN collection 1/20 belongs to group 7.

The construction site of building 800 is characterized by the presence of karst carbonate rocks - limestones, karst forms and cavities in the thickness of carbonate rocks are traced. On the site there are karst surface funnels. Prevention of their further development is carried out in the design documentation by such measures as widening of the building bridge, settled drainage from the construction site, etc.

The area of ​ ​ construction of buildings 800, 827 and auxiliary buildings is about 26,500 m2. The territory is limited along the perimeter by a temporary Diamant-type mesh fence equipped with a security alarm. The area fenced for the reconstruction of the 209B building and the construction of auxiliary buildings located near the 209B building is 20900 m2.

In preparation for the construction and installation works, the administration of the developer and the contracting organization appoint a person responsible for the operational management of the works and determine the procedure for coordinated actions. At the same time, scope of work, technological sequence, terms of construction and installation works, conditions for blasting operations, as well as conditions for combining construction and installation works with the work of the enterprise are determined and agreed upon.
