1. Introduction

For the main industries, one-story buildings with a reinforced concrete frame are designed on the basis of unified standard sections, spans, column steps.

When choosing one or another method of erection of an industrial building, it is necessary to take into account: the structural diagram, the necessary sequence of installation of process equipment in separate spans of the building, the location of future process lines.

Cranes mounted on the installation of one-story buildings can be different in type, which depends on the dimensions of the building and their layout from standard cells. The number of cranes depends on the width of the building and the technological dimensions of the cranes.

Process sequence of installation processes

7.1 Organization of works during installation of unified production buildings

Industrial one-story unified buildings with spans of 18. 24, and 30 m and the pitch of columns 6... 12 m from typical structures are mounted with pneumatic wheeled, caterpillar, as well as tower cranes. Caterpillar and pneumatic wheeled cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 40 tons, characterized by mobility, ease of maneuvering, are most effective when installing these buildings. When installing buildings with a 12-meter pitch of trusses, due to the need to install reinforced concrete slabs on large sorts, booms use caterpillar cranes with turret-rail equipment.
