Development of a PMA headbox with a capacity for the production of lettering paper weighing 78 g⁄m2, with a capacity of 52000 kg⁄h

Final qualification work on the topic: "Development of a paper machine headbox for the production of paper-printed paper by weight
78  g⁄m2, with a capacity of 52000 kg⁄h"

In the introduction section, the relevance of the topic is indicated in connection with the use of turbulent type headboxes in high-performance high-speed paper machines. 

In the technical justification, the main types of headboxes are considered, and the type of headbox is selected for the development of the presented work. 

Technological calculations include: determination of the main dimensions of the flow parts and pressure at the inlet to the manifold, the configuration of the collector chamber is calculated and the opening height of the outlet slot is found. In the structural calculations, the forces acting on the mechanisms of vertical movement are determined, and the front movable wall of the headbox is calculated for strength. 

The facility safety section covers issues related to the monitoring and accounting of environmental indicators. 

The final qualification work includes a calculation and explanatory note made on 46 sheets of A4 format, containing 15 illustrations and 2 tables, as well as a graphic part made on 6 sheets of A1 format.
