Additional information

Space-planning and structural solutions

3.1 Individual heat point is located in the basement of the building at the elevation

0.000. The area of ​ ​ the room is 24.06 m2 .

ITR room for explosion and fire hazard belongs to category D.

3.2 ITR equipment is mounted on supports, brackets to walls and suspensions to the ceiling. Weight of units is less than 150 kg, lifting mechanisms are not provided.

3.3 Walls of the heat station shall be plastered and covered with moisture resistant paint. Floor - concrete epoxy or tile coating.

3.4 Piping laying - open with attachment of pipelines and equipment on brackets to walls and suspensions to the ceiling through clamps for pipes with rubber inserts.

3.5 In the floor of the ITP for water flow there is a ladder Ø 100 mm. TTI floors are made with a slope of 0.01 towards the ramp.

Equipment, piping, valves and thermal insulation

4.1 To connect heating and hot water supply systems to the heating networks of the building, the following equipment is accepted for installation:

- at heat network input:

Thermal calculator "TCRM takeoff" (Russia);

filters with ferromagnetic inserts "Vodopribor" (Russia);

electromagnetic flowmeters ERSV430 "Take-off" (Russia).

- heating system:

2-way valve VB 2 with electric drive "Danfoss";

plate solder heat exchanger XB50 -1- 30 (HL230) -2 pcs. "Danfoss";

circulation pump "Grundfos" UPS 50 180F;

shut-off valves "VEXVE";

control valves "VEXVE."

- heat supply system of plenum plants:

2-way valve VB 2 with electric drive "Danfoss";

plate solder heat exchanger XB50 -1- 60 (HL260) -2 pcs. "Danfoss";

circulation pump "Grundfos" UPS 50 180F;

shut-off valves "VEXVE";

control valves "VEXVE."

- hot water supply system:

Thermal calculator "TCRM takeoff" (Russia);

plate solder heat exchanger XB30 -1- 40 (HL1240) -2 pcs. "Danfoss";

isolation valves "VEXVE," "Ekoplastik";

control valves "VEXVE," "TA."

4.2 For emptying of pipelines and equipment in the lower points drain connectors with shut-off valves DN 25 are provided, upper points of pipelines are provided for installation of connectors with shut-off valves DN 15 and automatic air vents for air discharge.

4.3 Thermal insulation is performed from "Paroc" casings for pipelines, from mineral wool 30-50mm thick, cached with aluminum foil. Temperature on the surface of thermal insulation is not more than 35 ° С.

Heating, ventilation, running water and sewerage

5.1 Heating system of the heat station room is not provided. Compensation for heat losses through enclosing structures is made due to heat emissions from the equipment surface and heat insulation of pipelines.

5.2 In the heat point, in order to remove heat losses coming from pipelines and equipment, a natural exhaust ventilation system is provided. Air temperature in ITR in the heating period is not more than 25C, in the warm period is not more than 28C.

5.3 For cleaning and flushing of pipelines and equipment, the ITP room is equipped with a potable water pipeline. Flushing is performed by portable electric pump.

5.4 Emptying of pipelines and equipment is performed in the ramp Ø 100 mm. Conventionally clean water is drained to the domestic sewage system of the building.

Power supply and electrical equipment

6.1 According to reliability of power supply, current collectors of the heat station belong to category I. Power is supplied on one line from the building GRF using ALT. Main and emergency lighting is provided in the room of the heat station (section "Electrical lighting of the building"), a board with a 36V step-down transformer.

6.2 The installed electrical equipment provides for the possibility of operation in wet rooms (category D).

6.3 For metal parts of electrical installations and non-energized pipelines, a TNCS type grounding system circuit is provided.

The following are accepted as grounding conductors:

- for the highway - RE, conductors of a power line, steel 4х25,

- distribution network conductors, 4 mm2 copper wire for connection of grounded parts to PE line.

Automation and Control

7.1 The ITP provides for automation of the operation of equipment and systems based on the universal regulator "Danfoss" ECL200 Comfort and ECL-300:

- control of heat supply to the heating system depending on ambient air temperature;

- limitation of maximum water flow from the heat network;

- protection of circulation pumps from dry operation;

- actuation of standby circulation pump in case of main pump accident;

- interlocking of standby circulation pump actuation at standard shutdown of the main pump;

- maintenance of set temperature (55С) of the WAN incoming to the system

- switching of pumps to summer operation mode;

- alternation of pumps by "main" - "standby" value;

- switching on and off the drain pump;

7.2 Automation of the heat supply control unit provides the possibility of setting the night economical heating mode.

7.3 ITP uses heat metering units of "Take-off" JSC (St. Petersburg) producing:

- recording of coolant flow rate;

- accounting of heat flow rate by heat consumers.

Scheduling

8.1 Heat supply control automatics outputs the alarm signal to the dispatcher console when the permissible limits are exceeded by the following parameters:

- in case of emergency of corrective pumps;

- unauthorized access to the premises.

Recommendations for ITR installation

10.1 Pipelines are made of steel water-gas, electric welded and polypropylene pipes according to GOST 326275, GOST 1070491 and according to GOST 185992001.

10.2 Horizontal sections of main pipelines shall be installed with a slope of 0.002.

10.3 Steel pipelines are protected against external corrosion by painting in two layers with anti-corrosion composition of PKK.

10.4 Thermal insulation is performed from "Paroc" casings for pipelines, from mineral wool 30-60mm thick, cached with aluminum foil. Temperature on the surface of thermal insulation is not more than 35 ° С.

10.5 Pipelines and valves shall be marked in accordance with GOST 1420280.
