Improving the manufacturing efficiency of submersible centrifugal pump parts

The diploma project presents an analysis of the technical conditions and the technological process (TP) of the assembly of the section of the middle pump 201ESNAKI5-18-1800, the scheme and technological documentation of the assembly are developed.

         A working route-operational TP for the manufacture of a lower bearing has been developed. The analysis of the service purpose and technical conditions is carried out, the design of the lower bearing is processed for manufacturability, the choice of the workpiece is justified. The analysis of the accuracy of machining, calculations of cutting modes and allowances using a computer are carried out. A device for processing the outer surface  of the lower bearing, a control and measuring tool using a pneumatic drive to check the inner diameter of the bearing are designed.

         The project solves a set of issues of organization and economics of production: the optimal form of machining is determined; The corresponding calculations of workshop and production costs, the planned calculation of the cost for the designed and basic variants of the technological process, as well as the technical and economic indicators of the project are presented.

         In accordance with the task, developments on life safety were carried out.
