Drawing of the hydraulic drive of a truck crane
- on boom lifting/lowering hydraulic cylinders Tc = 25·104 N;
- on the boom extension hydraulic cylinder Tvyd.s = 8·103 N;
- on the hydraulic cylinder of each outrigger Axes = 12·104 N;
- on the hydraulic motor of the platform rotation Mpov = 96 N·m;
2.2. Speed of movement of hydraulic cylinder pistons:
- boom lifting/lowering vc = 0.11 m/s;
- boom extension vD = 0.13 m/s;
- extension of the support support = 0.3 m/s.
2.3. Rotation speed: ωp platforms = 410 s-1;
2.4. Working fluid grade: VMGZ in winter, MG-30 in summer.
2.5. Length of hydraulic lines:
-Suction lbc = 1.6 m;
-Pressure lh = 5 m;
- Workers (each line): lifting/lowering the boom lp. = 5.5 m;
- boom extension l.d = 8 m;
- Extension of the support supports = 5.5 m;
- Turning the LPOV platform . = 5 m;
-Drain lsl = 10.5 m;
2.6. Local resistance coefficients:
- suction hydraulic line ξbc = 1.2;
- pressure hydraulic line ξH = 3.0;
- working hydraulic lines (for each line):
- Boom hoisting ξp. = 6,2;
- Extension of the boom ξv. = 5,0;
