Description

The watch type indicator is designed for comparative measurements of dimensions, measurements of small movements, as well as for checking the run-out and deviation of the shape of the surfaces of the product. This indicator is installed and fixed on racks and racks. The device is widely used in mechanical engineering. The main assembly units and parts of the indicator: transfer-multiplier mechanism 1, tip 2, body 3, rack 6, arrows 7 and 8, cover 10, spring 16. Transfer-multiplying mechanism is used for conversion of rectilinear movement of measuring tip 2 into rotary movement of arrows 7 and 8. Mechanism is mounted in housing 3 and consists of board 33.02.00, block gears 33.03.00 and 33.04.00, gear 33.05.00 and parts: plate 33.01.01, tube 33.01.02 and spring 33.01.03. The board 33.02.01 is a stamped brass plate with three columns and a finger 33.02.03. Columns are fixed in plate by flattening of shoulders. A plate 33.01.01 is installed on the columns. holes of plate 33.02.00 and plate 33.01.01 are bearing supports of mechanism gears. Spring end is secured in pin 33.02.03 by the same conical pin in axis 33.05.01. The tip (2) is screwed into the rack (6) and consists of the tip itself (33.06.01) and a ball fixed by the sealing of the tip opening edge. The body 3 has a cylindrical shape from the outside, and inside shaped recesses for accommodating parts of the device and consists of the body itself 33.07.01 and two bushings 33.07.02 and 33.07.01 pressed into the body. Bushings serve for direction of rack 6 movement. A limiter 14 is fixed on the rack with a screw 17, which does not allow it to disengage from the tribe 33.04.01. Spring 16 is engaged with stop ledge. To prevent the rack 6 from turning about its axis, the pin 15 is pressed into the rack; the other end of the pin moves in the housing slot (see section B-B). Arrows 7 and 8 of the device are installed respectively on tribe 33.01.02 and axis 33.05.01. Arrow 7 shows the amount of movement of tip 2 in one hundredths of a millimeter, and arrow 8 in millimeters. Dial 9 of rim 11 can be rotated by aligning polyhedron, spring 12 fixes rim 11 from axial displacement. Operating principle of the device. Device is fixed on post by eye of cover 10. The tip must rest against the measured surface of the part, creating interference in the engagement of the gear of the device. By turning rim 11 zero mark is aligned on scale 9 with arrow 7. Scale (5) is stationary. The parts are then rotationally or rectilinear. Tip 2, repeating changes of part surface, moves rack 6. Rail rotates arrow 7 through gear system with gear rims P, C, H, P, L, and rim M rotates arrow 8, which show value of measured parameter.
