Description
Narrow-grip shearer KA80 with two actuators in the form of drums with a vertical axis of rotation, with a remote VSP feeding system is designed for mechanized coal excavation in long longwall faces of shallow and inclined seams with a thickness of 0.85-1.2 m (when working with mechanized support KD80), mined along strike with seam angles up to 35°, as well as along rising or falling with seam angles up to 10°, with a cutting resistance of up to 360 N/mm. Provides shuttle niche-free excavation of coal in both right and left faces without reassembly, as well as loading coal onto the face conveyor. It works in combination with KD80 roof support, SPTs162 scraper conveyor, coupling supports or C075S hydraulic tables, with a cable laying system with a track chain link height of 75 mm.
