Additional information

Construction and structural solutions

The solution of the section is developed on the basis of the design task.

Local climatic conditions and loads:

Design temperature of cold five days - 16˚S

Standard snow load I-area -50 kg/m2

Standard wind head IVdistrict -48 kg/m2

Standard freezing depth -80cm

Foundations existing from reinforced concrete foundation blocks and monolithic reinforced concrete cushion from class B12.5 on sulphate-resistant Portland cement.

Depth of foundation laying is made based on depth of ground freezing, level of ground water .

Protective preparation - gravel, from gravel of local rocks, impregnated with BN11 bitumen to complete saturation, 100 mm thick.

Protective coating - cover all surfaces in contact with the soil with 2 times hot bitumen BN111 along the primer from 2 layers of 40% bitumen solution to kerosene.

External walls are designed from shell stone of grade 35 on solution of grade "50."

The thickness of the outer walls is 390 mm.

Covering of slab.

The roof is a pitched, unvented, with an unorganized drain.

Partitions - from the stone of the shell of grade 35 on the solution of grade 15 with a thickness of 190 mm.

Floors - cement and concrete are accepted, in storage rooms, in bathrooms and shower made of ceramic tiles for concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm.

Office space - flooring linoleum, ceiling armstrong.

Carpentry products of individual manufacture - from metal plastic.

Gates - individual made of metal.

The site has not been used in the past.

Power supply

Power supply of the base is performed on the basis of JI ( condition

Power supply of power consumers to the production base is performed according to 3 categories of 380/220 voltage power supply by one cable entry.

Total installed equipment capacity 41.34 kW.

Power consumption 24.79 kW.

Electric lighting

The design provides for working lighting as heating of rooms provided convective heat heaters with a unit power of 2 kW, for which power sockets are provided complete with plugs.

The selection of lighting fixtures is made taking into account their lighting characteristics and design features, environmental conditions and current lighting standards.

Lamps in the warehouse of building materials should be made on strings with attachment. Install lighting boards with clamps at a height of 1.8 m from the upper framing.

External electric illumination is provided by SKZR light fixtures with DRL lamps. Control is exercised of the AP automatic switch of 50B 2 m3 installed in the building of the administrative building.

Operation lighting control is provided by individual switches in place. Electrical wiring of the electrical illumination network is performed by STP wire hidden and by VVG-grade cables with clamps attached along the string. Lighting panels are installed at a height of 1.8m from the floor to the upper frame, boxes with low transformers - 1.2m to the box, socket sockets - 0.8m and switches - 1.7m from the floor level.

Grounding

To ensure electrical safety, a ground loop is provided. The grounding circuit is made of 4x40 mm strip steel and 14 mm diameter round steel. The method of laying the grounding loop is indicated on the diagrams. All sockets, lights and distribution cabinets shall be grounded.

Heating and ventilation

Convective heat heaters with a unit capacity of 2 kW are adopted for heating the building. Electric convectors of NOBO are used as heating devices. Heat transfer of heating devices is controlled by built-in temperature controllers.

Ventilation of the building is natural through window openings. In all rooms of the building of the administrative-domestic building and the building of warehouses, a common supply and supply ventilation with a natural impulse has been designed .

Conditioning

Air conditioning of the building was decided by SAMSUNG (Korea) wall splits and heating air conditioners of the company (LG).

The split system is two blocks-outer and inner, interconnected by a system of freon tubes.

Room temperature is controlled by remote control panel.

Installation of cold heat supply systems shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 < Internal sanitary and technical devices. Rules for production and acceptance of works.

10. WATER SUPPLY

The design provides for the following internal water supply systems:

• Drinking water supply system

• Hot water supply

The domestic-fire water supply system is designed to supply water for household drinking needs.

The facility is supplied from the potable water pipeline TsUVS2VK210n (near the clinic). The connection point will be indicated "in place" by the authorized representative of ZPA and PTVA LLP "MAEKazatomoprom."

Tie-in is made by pipeline DN = 50 mm through stripping gate valve DN = 50 mm, RN = 16 (25).

The maximum amount of drinking water consumed per day is 3.5m3. all sections of the connected pipeline of the outer gasket to the point of tie-in to the pipeline have thermal insulation to prevent defrosting in winter.

Hot water supply designed to supply hot water to household needs. Preparation of hot water for household needs is carried out in electric water heater PEVN 2205020.

To prepare hot water, water is supplied from the host-drinking water supply system. The hot water supply network is designed from galvanized water-gas pipes with a diameter of 15; 25mm GOST 326275, are laid open on the walls of the building and painted with oil paint 2 times in the tone of the room.

At the boundary of operational responsibility and balance sheet belonging defined in the energy consumption contract, a heat-insulated metering unit is equipped in accordance with the Rules.

The metering device shall be installed under the control of the State auditor of "MAEKKazatomprom" LLP and in the presence of the authorized representative of ZPDiPTVS with the preparation of a bilateral Act in the established form. The building has a designed water reserve tank with a capacity of 2.0 m3 for watering green spaces.

Sewerage

A household sewage system has been designed in the building.

Waste water discharge from the building bathroom is designed to the external existing sewage pit.

Domestic sewerage networks are accepted from cast-iron sewerage pipes with a diameter of 50100mm according to GOST 6942.380, laid in the floor and above the floor of the building.

Organizational considerations

Constructions

In accordance with CH44072, points 12 and 14 of the construction time of checkpoints, domestic premises, the production shop of warehouse and garage boxes take 13 months, including the preparatory period of 2.0 months.

During the preparatory period:

a) For the planning of the area for building and cutting of the vegetable layer with the movement of soil up to 60 mm - bulldozer on a pneumatic wheelbarrow type D449.

b) development of soil in the pit, in trenches with its load in dump trucks - by an excavator on a caterpillar drive of type E403. The pit shall be developed up to -2 m from the level of the clean floor of the building.

c) tamping of backfilled soil - mechanical ramming.

After the project is linked, the requirements for vehicles, working personnel, as well as requirements for electricity, compressed air, etc. are determined on the basis of the calculation standards for the preparation of construction organization projects compiled by CNIOMTP.

According to these calculations, a project for the performance of work is drawn up, according to which construction is carried out.

According to SniP III A-6-62, paragraph 2.12 is carried out without the availability of an approved production project.

Preparatory work

All works of the preparatory period shall be carried out with SNiP 3.01.01.85 "Organization of Construction Production."

The works of the preparatory period include: clearing the territory of the construction site, access roads, temporary buildings, etc.

Zero cycle

The zero cycle works include:

• Earthworks

• Installation of foundation blocks

• Waterproofing of foundations

• Backfilling

• Installation on site of relevant sections of permanent and temporary works

• Soil compaction

• Arrangement of bridges and sidewalks

All earthworks shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.02.01.87 "Earthworks"

All foundation erection works shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.03.01.87 "Bearing and enclosing structures"

Above ground part

The above-ground part can be started after the complete completion of all works of zero cycle

Walls

Masonry of walls is made of stone - M35 shell on M50 solution according to SNiP 3.03.01.87 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures"

Overlappings

For covering and covering of the building, reinforced concrete multi-pillar floor panels of the series 1.1411 Fig.64 are used

When laying floor panels, monitor compliance with support dimensions according to the design. Slabs are mounted one after another: it is not allowed to start slabs between two slabs previously laid. When performing works, follow the instructions of SNiP 3.03.01.87 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures."

Roof

Roofing arrangement is performed according to SNiP 3.04.0187 "Insulation and finishing coatings"

Finishing works

The instructions of SNiP 3.03.01.87 "Insulation and finishing coatings" are distributed for external and internal finishing works (plaster, facing, paint and glass). Plaster works shall be carried out inside the premises in a wet manner, first of all, in bathrooms, in places of installation of pipes and heating, water supply and sewage devices before installation.

Floors

Floors are arranged: linoleum, made of ceramic and cement tiles, concrete. For floor type refer to IVS sheet.

Windows

Glazing unit for individual manufacture.

Doors

Internal as per GOST 662988, external as per GOST 2469881.

Gates

Metal gates for individual manufacture.

Winter Work Instructions

The project was developed for the conditions of work at a temperature of - 30 С. SNII480 Construction Safety shall be used at lower temperatures.

Fire Fighting Event

All fire-fighting measures shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 2.01.01.85 "Fire-fighting standards."

Antiseptic and fire-retardant treatment of wooden structures shall be performed in accordance with SNII1976.

Corrosion protection

All works on corrosion protection shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 2.03.11.85 "Protection of building structures against corrosion."
