The working project is designed for construction in the 1V climatic region with the calculation of the winter temperature of the outside air -35 * C

ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING SOLUTION

The winter garden in the plan has an octagonal shape.

Overall dimensions 11,58х1,58m.

In the central part of the Winter Garden there is a recreation area marked with a podium.

The total height of the building h-5,850m

DESIGN SOLUTION

Foundations - Monolithic slab h=300 mm

Plinth - brickwork thickness b-250mm,  

Exterior walls - wooden frame with slatted panel cladding

Basement KORPo-1NF/100/2,0/50 GOST 530-2007 with insulation with thermal insulation boards on a basalt basis according to GOST 9573-96, r-50kg/m3, b-100mm.  

External walls - Wooden racks 50x150mm with insulation with heat-insulating boards on a basalt basis according to GOST 9573-96, r-50kg/m3, b-150mm.

Masonry should be carried out on cement-sand mortar M50 at an outside temperature not lower than  

-3 C, at temperatures from -3 to -20 C on cement-sand mortar M100 with the addition of  

plasticizers and antifreeze additives. External and internal walls reinforced with mesh

∅5VR I with 50x50mm cells through 5 rows of masonry.  Mesh weight 9,7kg/m3.

From the inside, the exterior walls are plastered with a cement-sand mortar M50 with a thickness of 15 mm (high-

quality plaster. Fasten the insulation  with fishunkers 5pcs. per 1m2.

The roof is asphalt shingles.

Gutter - external organized.

Stained glass windows - aluminum with thermal protection.

Interior decoration of the premises - porcelain stoneware, granite, wooden slatted panels.

Exterior finish - brush with marble chips

Floors - porcelain stoneware

Blind - concrete on crushed stone base h-50mm and sand h-100mm, width 500mm
