Description

The lifting mechanism of the Q-20 grab is part of the equipment of the grab crane or reloader, designed to supply coal in the coal storage from the primary stacks to the main stacks, and then from the main stack to the hopper of the conveyor loader. Grayfer V = 5 m3 of two-rope type is the load-gripping element on the reloader. On the crane trolley there are mechanisms for lifting and closing the grab, each of which consists of a drum with a double-sided thread for laying a rope, a two-stage reduction gear, an electric motor, two block brakes installed on the ends of the electric motor shaft, a toothed coupling and a brake coupling.
