Description

The object of the study is devices for drying food media.

The purpose of the work is the analysis and evaluation of drying equipment, as well as the design justification of the design of the dryer.

In the course of the work, the analysis of three types of drying equipment was carried out according to the main criteria, using the COMPO program, the calculation of the drying structure, the development of the main types and working drawings of parts.

As a result of the work, the optimal drying option was determined and designed.
