2. Electric equipment

Power supply voltage 220/380V, neutral operation mode - blind grounding, TNCS system. Protection against overvoltage is carried out in the building panel (BRU). Power supply of electric receivers is carried out from BRU degree of protection IP31, with automatic circuit breakers ABB on outgoing lines. In accordance with PUE item 7.1.88, an additional potential equalization system is provided. All exposed conductive parts of stationary electrical installations, external conductive parts and zero protective conductors of all electrical equipment (including plug sockets) are connected to the additional potential equalization system. If there is no electrical equipment with zero protective conductors connected to the potential equalization system, the potential equalization system is connected to the PE bus (terminal) at the input.

Install electrical installations in accordance with PUE and SNiP 2.08.0289.

3. Electric lighting

The following types of room lighting are provided:

• working - in all rooms.

Luminaires are selected in accordance with the nature of the premises. The room illumination is selected on the basis of SNiP 230595 "Natural and artificial lighting." Voltage of electric lighting network 220V, voltage of 220 V lamps.

Voltage reduction at the most remote lamps of internal working lighting does not exceed 2.5% of nominal voltage of lamps.

Group lines are laid by cables in corrugated non-combustible pipes IEC GT25, GT20, GT16 behind the walls from the car and the suspended ceiling .

The height of the installation from the floor is accepted:

• RSch- 1.5 m;

• switches - 0.9 m;

• sockets - in rooms - 0.3 m.

All plug sockets are received with a grounding contact, and have a protective device that automatically closes the sockets of the plug socket when the plug is removed.

Grounding of all metal normally non-conductive parts of lighting equipment and sockets shall be performed by connection with zero core cable or additional "PE" wire, which shall be connected to "PE" bus bar of BRU.

Protective grounding (grounding) and installation of electrical networks should be performed in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685 and standard design A1093. Isolate hooks for suspension of lamps.

List of hidden work types, for which in accordance with item 7.7. SNiP 3.01.01.85. The following acts shall be drawn up in the form of Annex No. 6:

- laying cables behind the ceiling and walls from the car, in pipes;

- installation of extension and branching boxes behind the ceiling and walls from the car.

4. Electricity metering

Electric power metering is performed by single-phase two-tariff electric power meter SE101 R5 145, 220/380V, 560A, accuracy class 1.0 with the seal of the State Monitor not more than 12 months ago at the moment of admission of the electrical installation installed in the internal control unit.

5. Fire safety

Fire safety of electrical plant operation is provided by the following design solutions:

• application of electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, electrical installation products corresponding to nominal voltage and environmental conditions;

• selection of grades and sections of wires and cables, methods of their laying, meeting the requirements of PUE, GOST R 50671.1597;

• selection of settings of protective devices ensuring their actuation in the areas of short-circuit currents and overloads;

• Electrical installation protection.

6. Calculation and selection of RCD

The total leakage current of the network, taking into account stationary and portable electric receivers in the absence of damage, shall not exceed 1/3 of the nominal leakage current of the ultrasound system. The calculation is made by taking the leakage current equal to 0.4 mA per 1 A of the load current and 10 μA per 1 meter of the length of the phase wire of the wiring.

As RCD it is necessary to apply RCD of "A" type, which respond to variables and pulsating leakage currents.

9.1 Grounding (bushing), protective safety measures.

Grounding device is made separately for garage.

All metal, normally not energized parts of electrical installations and electrical equipment must be busy. As zero protective conductors (protective neutral "PE"), use special conductors of supply cables with a section equal to phase, having a yellow-green insulation color.

A cable with a steel diameter of at least 6 mm is used as a lightning receptacle.

The grounding conductor is provided with a descent made of steel wire with a diameter of at least 6 mm. As current collector there is provided descent made of steel strip 40x4. Place grounding electrodes along the house at a distance of not less than 1 m from the ground surface with three vertical electrodes at least 2 m long so that the average distance between them is at least 4 m. The electrodes must be combined with a horizontal grounding electrode made of 40x4 strip steel at a depth of 1 m. All connections of the elements should be made by welding.

9.2 Lightning protection solution.

Installation of lightning protection is carried out in accordance with SO15334.21.1222003 (Instruction on lightning protection of buildings of structures and industrial communications) separately for a residential building.

10. Operation of electrical plant

The electrical installation shall be provided with protective and fire-fighting means, a complete set of technical documentation and operating instructions according to:

1. Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers. – M.: 2003.

2. Intersectoral rules on labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations. POTRM0162001; RD 15334.0-03.15000. – M.: 2001.

3. Instructions for the use and testing of protective equipment used in electrical installations. Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia dated June 30, 2003 No. 261.

The limit of responsibility for the condition and maintenance of electrical installations is determined by their balance sheet affiliation and is fixed in the act of distinguishing between the balance sheet affiliation of electrical networks and operational responsibility of the parties attached to the contract. Operation is carried out by the maintenance personnel of the courthouse.
